This accommodation is in a very sought after location in Gulpinar area of Dalyan within walking distance to the centre. The property boasts 2 large living/ dining rooms with TV,satellite , DVD player. Fitted kitchens complete with dishwasher, washing machine, fridgefreezer, oven & Hob. On the Ground Floor: 4 double beds which can be made into twin beds all with En-suite with large terrace access, on the first floor 1 King sized bed with en-suite and 1 double bed or can be made into a twin with en-suite, which leads onto a balcony. Private swimming pool in landscaped garden. BBQ area with 2 turkish seating areas, there is a very large terrace area and balconies.
We can supply an internet connection at the villa using one of our Vinn's ( dongle) the cost of these are £25 per week which give 4gb

The property is located close to the centre of Dalyan and is within easy walking distance to the centre, river and rock tombs.

Attractions and About Dalyan
Dalyan is the pearl of the Lycian region situated on the beautiful river which connects the unspoilt Lake Koycegiz with the Mediterranean Sea. The 7 miles long Dalyan Delta, with its narrow waterways, is surrounded by reed beds. The town itself is flat and easy to get around. You can enjoy boat trips and whilst cruising along the Dalyan River you can see the ruins of the ancient city of Caunos, which include a theatre dating from the 2nd century BC, Roman Baths, temple of Apollo, agora and market place. It is accessible by boat or on foot and you can also see the carved Lycian tombs in the limestone mountain which are illuminated at night making the river a spectacular place to enjoy a meal taking in these stunning views.

With its 6km long shore, Iztuzu Beach will be an unforgettable experience. The beach is in the top 10 of the worlds most famous beaches, as being the sanctuary of the Caretta-Carettas also known as loggerhead turtles which lay their eggs in the clean fine sand. This is why it is commonnly called "turtle beach" as well. With its unspoilt nature protected by strict regulations, Iztuzu has remained a sleepy heaven.

The beach is within easy reach from Dalyan Centre. There are very regular local dolmus (buses) that will take you to the beach for a small local charge. You can also reach the beach by public boat from the river and enjoy a beautiful, relaxing sail of about 40 mins observing some of the above, and if you are lucky see the turtles, again just a small local charge.
