Very convenient location with easy access to town and beach,therefore car not necessary. The accommodation was exactly as described, very comfortable. Pool was great although did get busy at times with Spanish residents bringing extended families in, not a problem for us as we preferred the beach.
Very nice resort, good choice of restaurants and also excellent supermarket nearby.
Overall excellent !

Location of property is excellent- close to beach and bars. No real need for car if no wish to visit other resorts. Flat is well appointed and clean. Everything has been thought of we even had a loan of a body board for our 9 year old-thanks Jean!!
Would recommend to anyone!

A fantastic apartment in a brilliant location! We had such a wonderful honeymoon staying in toscamar, it had everything that we needed and more, we would definitely recommend it to couples and small families.
The apartment is right in the centre of town and only a 2 min walk to a lovely beach, we hope to come again soon!

We found the property to be well kept and clean. It had everything that we wanted in a holiday home. The location of the apartment to Moraira town and the local beach was great. The pool area was good, family friendly with residents and holiday makers alike mixing well, especially little ones. Moraira came recommended and it did not disappoint nor the surrounding area if you like to explore. The owner was very helpful with providing directions and general information prior to our departure and the Agent was welcoming as well as helpful when we needed some information whilst we were there. All in all a really lovely holiday. Would certainly recommend this apartment to others.

The property is in excellent condition throughout and very well equipped with everything you need to cook, wash etc. We found it very roomy for 2 people with a spacious lounge and plenty of room on the balcony. The balcony has great views over the pool and the surrounding hills. The apartment is very well located, literally a few minutes walk to the centre of Moraira. In overall terms the apartment is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed at the apartment in September 2011 and found it to be ideally situated for both the village, 3 minute walk and the beach 5 minute walk. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and furnished, and the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. There are lovely views over the hillsides from the balcony, which also overlooked the pool area. This was very quiet during our stay and we were often the only ones using it. All in all we would say that the apartment helped to make our holiday special and we would recomend it to everyone.

We were lucky enough to stay at Toscamar in August for 9 days! We had a fantastic holiday. The weather was glorious and the apartment was just perfect! Lovely welcome from Jean who was always available to give advice etc.
The apartment itself couldnt be in a more ideal position. You can walk to shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the beach! The shared pool was lovely too and our children made lots of friends down by the pool each day! The balcony overlooks the pool too! I cant think of anything that the apartment didnt have! Overall accommodation was fantastic and the kitchen had every utensil you could need!
Added bonus of the holiday was the air conditioning - it was fab!! Also being able to borrow beach chairs and parasol was useful too.
Would love to come back to Toscamar, it really was a great location and nice to be living among English and Spanish people who were all so so friendly!

We have been lucky to stay at the Toscamar apartments this summer and we just cant fault it for quality and amenities - Everything that you may need for a holiday is there. We had a car (not essential)and there is easy free parking available, but the beaches, restaurants and shops are all in walking distance yet amazingly you dont feel like you are in town. The pool was never overly full and loungers always available, or we could choose to relax on our own balcony. The Spanish choose to holiday here so that speaks volumes, and they are also residents in the apartment block which again says it all.

Good position in relation to beach,shops and restaurants.
Good quiet position in apartment block with picturesque views over filed and hills.
Apart from being totally fully equipped with the usual services the finishing touches - ie continental 2-pin plug attachments for UK electrical apparatus - DVDs - books - folding sun loungers and folding chairs for use on the beach, were very much appreciated.
For ten days I felt it was home - not a rented holiday apartment!

We went to Toscamar apartments as a last as a last minute thing. Myself and a girlfriend for a long weekend break. It was perfect and we are now going back in June. Moraira is a lovely little Spanish town with lots of restaurants to suit all tastes. The apartment has a lovely pool and the beach is close enough for almost anyone to be able to walk to. We did not use the buses but they all look clean and stop very near the apartment. We love walking and there are lots of nice places to walk along the coast and inland. We could see the grape vines growing from the balcony. The apartment is all new and finished to a very high standard and the lifts and communal areas are nice and clean. Plenty to do if you want it or you can just chill out Brilliant we cant wait for June to come.

We went with our children to Moraira for the first time at the beginning of April. This town was recommended to us by friends and it didnt disappoint. It was friendly, safe and clean with a lovely beach. We chose this apartment because we wanted to be able to walk easily to all the facilities and it was perfect. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed. The pool is close to the balcony on the floor below so we were able to relax and keep an eye on the children at the same time There is a great shop next door where you can buy freshly baked bread for breakfast each morning. The airport is an hour away and we arranged with the owners for transport to be provided for us, this all went smoothly. Jean,the agent,was very helpful and available to us at any time. There is a very good bus and train service which makes it easy not to hire a car, making the holiday stress free. We would recommend this apartment to couples or families as a great value break in the sun. We are definately coming back again next year, if not before.
