My friends and I had a very good time at your vacation villa in High Grove. The weather was ideal for golf and the house was perfect for spending time together in the morning and evenings. The location was central for many of the golf courses and there are plenty of places to eat only a few minutes away. we swam in the pool and the water temperature was perfect even when it was a little cool outside in the morning. I would highly recommend the villa to anybody who is thinking of going to Disney or play golf in the Orlando area. Thanks again for making your villa available

Your directions were 1st class and we found the villa without a hitch. Overwhelmed by the size and space of the villa and felt totally secure in the gated community. Everything we possibly needed was there from towels to the large BBQ and pool. Staff at the clubhouse were very helpful and polite. The short cut onto the Osceola Pkwy was great, cutting out virtually all traffic
and time for journeys. All Disney parks very accessible to the villa with the Animal Kingdom virtually 10 mins away. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby with Devennys on the corner for anyone looking a beer. Also a short drive down the 27 to the freeway I4 to Tampa and Bushe Gardens. Would definitely return and recommend this villa.

We really enjoyed staying at your villa - it was a real home from home. What we loved: outdoor insect free environment - Im allergic to mosquitos, so this was a big treat. Thought your information pack was good and very thorough. Pool table was a big hit. Decor was tasteful, kitchen was well stocked. The inflatables in the swimming pool went down a storm, I cant begin to tell you how much fun the kids had in the pool. And the villa was nice and quiet despite being fairly close to the main road. Thank you so very much for the lovely home that you provided to us during our holiday last week. It was absolutely wonderful, in fact, none of us wanted to leave it, we were just so very happy there. It was clean, there was everything we possibly needed, and the pool temperature was wonderful. We loved the space it provided as well as the cleanliness and its proximity to Disney and the wonderful pub on the corner! :) It made our holiday that much more special and so much more enjoyable knowing we could go home to a clean house at night with comfy beds and a pool calling our name!!! The service at the clubhouse was excellent, they were very accommodating when it came to printing our boarding passes for our flights...and super friendly too. Thank you John & Natasha, for the use of your home, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. When we walked in the home was clean and ready for our stay. It was conveniently located and everything you could possibly need was nearby. The pool was and patio area were ready for us as well. We would recommend your Villa to anyone. The Irish Pub within walking distance was great we were there during St. Patty’s day. We found it was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay there. It was tastefully decorated. We will recommend your property to anyone going to Florida. We could not find anything remotely unsatisfactory with your villa. Having stayed at numerous villas at various sites in the area, I can confidently say it is as good as any we have stayed in, if not actually the best. It was presented to a very high standard, extremely comfortable, had all the equipment inside and out, a great location ( particularly for fantastic golf courses ! ) and the gamesroom was a particular hit with the younger members. I will, and already have, recommened 509 to friends intending visiting Florida. Thanks for allowing us to rent your fantastic villa, Ill have no hesitation to contact you on our next visit. The villa was perfect for all the family especially the children. We all had a great time in Florida and the villa was just the icing on the cake. I must admit I was a little bit worried before going as we had booked everything with Virgin exept the villa. Once we pulled up at Highgrove all those worries soon disappeared. The standard of the villa was very high and although it had touches of a hotel with the way the beds had been made down to the towels being displayed, It was like going from home to home.
I would like to say a big thank you to you both for making our holiday so perfect !!

The rental home is very nicely done. The furnishings are quite lovely and we really appreciated the details that you sent us and those in the home for local restaurants, etc. It was nice to have TVs in all rooms as well. The clubhouse is very nice as well, The distance to Disney attractions is very convenient. We would certainly recommend you to friends for future rentals. Denise

Thank you so much for making your house available to rent. We had a wonderful time in your beautiful house. We have rented several homes near Disney and paid for pool heat, your pool was the first pool that was truly heated and felt wonderful. We also appreciated the detailed information that was sent prior to our visit and the ease of getting into the home without having to visit a rental office. You have done an amazing decorating job to be sure. We felt really special as we stood inside and admired the layout and the overall feel of the whole unit. The pool area is spacious and inviting as well. We will keep the picture in our mind always. We never realized that a vacation home could be so upscale. You must be very proud!!!!! Pat.

We would like to thank you for opening up your home to us. It was just beautiful and exactly as described. The location could not have been better, and from the moment we opened the door, we felt at home. The boys seemed to enjoy the garage the most, and are trying to convince us to do the same with our own. Unfortunately, our Canadian winters will not permit. We passed quiet mornings by the pool, and were able to comfortably relax in the evenings after what was a very busy week visiting the many theme parks. Richard and Meridth.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your "home away from home". It was SO nice to return to someplace quiet and private after long days in theme parks full of people. (Even though it is slow season, we arent very fond of crowds!) We had all that space to ourselves... I cant imagine how so many families pack themselves into hotel rooms when renting a home like yours is such an affordable option! Definitely well worth the short commute. Jeff and Selena.

Just got back from our 10 day vacation and wanted to say thank you for sharing your house with our family. We enjoyed everything about your property, well equipped, great location and not to mention the 10 days we where there the temp was around 30 C everyday and no rain at all, really hated to leave. If we all decide to go back to Florida next year will definitely try to set up our accomidations at your location.
