Kournas villas complex consist of three brand new , first class villas, tastefully decorated, ideal for familys or small groups of friends in West Crete next to Kournas lake not far away from the famous beach of Georgioupol.
They are set set on a hillside with nice view 3 kms south of Georgioupolis tourist area and 25 kms west of Rethymno town. They are from 110 to 115 sqm in size and they provide from 4 to 6 beds.
Gardens are separated by a hedgerow. Garden furniture and umbrellas are available.
Each villa has its own swimming pool, 15 sqms of size.Green lawn surrounds the swimming pools, and the garden borders are decorated with small trees,flowers and other ornamental plants.
The shallow section of the swimming pool is 70 cm deep , the maximum dpth is 1.60 meters.
The area concentrates an exceptional ecological interest due the rare and rich biodiversity of Kournas lake.

Villa Rosetta is a fashionable, spacious residence of 115m2 that occupies two floors and can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the ground floor there is a comfortable sitting room on a unified space with the dining room and the kitchen.On the same level you will find the main bedroom of the house, equipped with a king-size bed, very spacious closets and access to the garden and the swimming pool. On the second floor of the house there is a second bedroom that has a king-size bed as well and access to a beautiful patio where you can enjoy a unique view of the area and Kournas lake. On the same floor there is the last bedroom with two single beds that can be modified to a double bed according to the needs of the Guests. The villa has two bathrooms, one on each level, with a shower,a bathtub and a hair-drier on each.
Staying in this villa, the Guests feel like home but also have the opportunity to explore the true nature of the lake and the surrounding area which offers a wide range of activities for active people , either by enjoying in the lake a boating with a pedalo or a canoe, or hiking in wonderful paths with picturesque and breathtaking view places to discover.
