45 Minutes from Dubai Airport, set around a championship golf course, lagoon and marina, Al Hamra is the Ideal getaway for golfers, water sports enthusiasts and beach lovers alike. The resort has a wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs and a shopping mall with supermarket.

The Marina complex is situated between the lagoon and sea, with two pools, beach, restaurants and clubhouse with stunning views over the lagoon where you can enjoy good food and a glass of wine or a cold beer. A and E stocks a choice of beers wines and spirits at reasonable prices for you to take home and enjoy on your balcony. Al Hamra Mall has supermarket that stocks what you buy at home, plus food court where you can stop for a low cost lunch or call for delivery to your apartment. Children are welcome in most bars and restaurants but babysitting can occasionally be arranged if required.

Leisure activities include sailing, fishing, jetski-ing, golf, quad biking, cruises, microlite flights, desert safaris and Iceland Water Park, the largest in the Middle East, or, for the more adventurous there are the Wadis, mountains, and historical sites to explore
Visit RAK town to haggle in the local souqs or take a trip to Dubai for the ultimate shopping and nightlife experience


THE APARTMENT

Very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite with dressing room and sofa bed) and one small bedroom/study with single bed and attached shower room, baby cots can be arranged by request as can additional sleeping areas for children. lounge, dining room seats 6, kitchen with breakfast bar, powder room and a huge terrace with gas barbecue provided, dining for 6 and extra seating for 6 plus smaller terrace off bedrooms with seating for 6. All apartments are fully equipped including linens and towels; chilled spring water is supplied and welcome packs available. 2 swimming pools (plus children’s), beach, Marina and restaurants within walking distance. A few minutes by car is the 18 hole floodlit golf course, shopping centre, hotels and restaurants

Fully equipped Kitchen including double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, water cooler, toaster, kettle, and all cooking utensils.

We will endeavour to work around your flight timings with our bookings, so please let us know as soon as possible your flight details.

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

We prefer not to ask for a breakage deposit payable in advance, however, we do need some security to cover any damage plus safe return of keys, so we ask for a local payment of AED5,000 (Returned to you on departure) OR you can leave your passport with us until departure.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
