Stylish apartment, fully equipped for a great holiday!

Location

Fabulous location just 2 minutes walk to the long sandy beach and a selection of restaurants and café/bars. A 5 minute stroll next to the beach will bring you to the port area of Denia which is busy with fishing boats, ferries and pleasure boats and is lined with great restaurants and an evening market.
There are late night dance bars in the old streets behind the port and you can wander through the tree lined streets of the old town where you will find boutique shops and tapas bars.
There is also a supermarket just 3 minutes walk from the apartments so it is not necessary to have a car here.


Exterior

The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the Daniya Hotel which has excellent spa facilities and treatments open to the public. There is a shaded seating area next to the pool and a gym and sauna for use by the guests.
The apartment is a first floor and has a lift. There is under ground parking also accessed by the lift.


Interior

This is a stylish and modern apartment fully air-conditioned/heated. It has a large balcony running the full length of the apartment, accessed from the living area and one of the two bedrooms.
The open plan living area leads onto a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is a double with en suite bathroom and the other bedroom is a twin room with a shower room.
This is a comfortable, well appointed apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
