Overall the property is good value for the price, and generally met our expectations. However, we had a few issues which were never resolved while we were there. There was no hot water in the master ensuite the entire time we were there. The towel rack came off the wall, and the 2 sinks were also becoming loose, which made it unsafe for our grandchild. Also, there was a whining noise every 10 -15 seconds, emanating from the rooftop that would last for a few seconds, resulting in both me and my wife needing earplugs to fall asleep. There was a definite lack of towels for 7 guests. The only issue that was resolved during our stay was the replacement of a new mattress in one of the bedrooms on the second floor.
When these issues are resolved, I would recommend this property to others. We did enjoy our stay at this location.

"Unbelievable" that we, a total of 8ppl were able to stay in such a GOOD and WONDERFUL villa and with only RM400. My rating to booking.com was 9/10. We like the design, location, accommodation, arrangement, etc... Everything for us so convenient during our stay at ur villa. A fantastic stay for the Holliday. My families all enjoyed very much! All the decorations and furnitures are in very good conditions. It was a pity that there was no cable TV as the elders and youth in family used to watch every night , but Mr Levi provided some DVDs. The houses nearby are mostly empty. Its a bit scareful at night, however, the house was installed security alarm and CCTV system. It is quite safe. Mdm Mariam and Mr Cheang are both very helpful. Thank u for your help!

"it was an amazing 3 days trip to Penang! the house is soooo cozy! u dont want to leave the place.
u can see the beach from 3rd floor, me and my friends end up hanging out by the window and enjoy sunset from there.
the jacuzzi is to die for! and everything u need .. just name it..the place is complete.. from washing machine, oven, toaster, 2 huge flat screen tv!
We truly enjoyed our stay..

"The house is super amazing. We were surprised as the real house is much much better compared to the pictures provided in the website. And the agent and Mrs Mariam herself were very nice to us during our stay. we really had nice communication and also the service is also good. "I should have to say that this was one of the best vacation accommodation facility that i have ever visited and the house was luxuriously opulent with its decoration and design. With its affordable price for a house such as yours, i would highly recommend it to anyone including my friends who plans to visit Penang.
