The location is incredible, walking distance to everything with sea views and overlooking the pavilion. The apartment itself is gorgeous, spacious with quirky decor. We went as a group of girls (25yrs old) and had the most incredible weekend. Highly recommend ( big thank you to Jo and Roxi for looking after us!)

We had a really relaxing time in Brighton, even though it was freezing cold over Easter! However the apartment was always lovely and warm! You really can see the sea out of the lounge window, so the location was excellent. Roxi was there to greet us and she was really helpful. We didnt need to contact her over the week, but I am sure she would have been able to help with any queries. We would love to go back again!

We had a fanastic weekend in Brighton and the superb location of the apartment definitely added to it. We are already planning our next trip and will stay in the Nouveau Delaney without hesitation-it was clean, very well equipped comfortable and the staff at rental systems support were extemel helpful. We stayed for a month doing a course in Brighton and we absolutely LOVED the flat. The pictures dont really do it justice. It had everything you need and more. The kitchen was wellstocked, the loungeroom was spacious and the location was great. Absolutely nothing to complain about really, except that it does get a bit noisy during weekends, but if you cant beat them, join them. Would recommend it to anyone!

I stayed at Nouveau Delaney for 11 nights in September/october 2011 with my mother and my two children (1.5 years and 2.5 years). The apartment was great and was in a central location wth a lovely outlook. The living area was spacious and light filled, the kitchen well equiped, and the beds so comfortable. If staying with young children (and prams) the four flights of stairs to the flat is a bit of a struggle and the very heavy fire doors inside the flat made me a little nervous (they were a magnet for little fingers). Overall I was very impressed with the apartment and Jo was helpful and accommodating. I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment to others.

We just want to thank the owner for a lovely weekend in your fab apartment. The pictures honestly do not do it justice. Spent the weekend here for my best friends hen weeken and she was blown away. The apartment is central to everything and no taxis needed. Modern, fresh and everything high quality, we couldnt believe the price we paid, definatly luxury value for money. The owner was easily contactable, friendly and very welcoming. We had the best time and definatly plan to return her for a Brighton Hen night reunio n. Once again, thanks xx

As a young person who likes to have fun and always go to Brighton pride, I can confirm that the nouveau Delaney is the perfect location for the bars, clubs, restautrants and shops. The apartment had everything we needed although a dustpan and brush would have been handy. I especially liked the light and airy feel with the large windows and trendy shutters.

This property, by far, exceeded my expectations. It is gorgeous... clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and close to everything (pier, the lanes, north laine, Royal Pavillion). Theres a small Sainsbury a half block away, with 2 large supermarkets just 1 or 2 blocks up the side street. I think this would be a great place for people staying with family OR friends. And Jo was so pleasant... she really took care of everything. It was the first time I rented a vacation apartment that it was truly hassle free (and Ive rented several). I definitely would not hesitate to stay here again or any apartment Jo rents out (you really cant beat great service).
