We rented this house for three weeks and we liked it very much.
The property made us feel home and welcome, especially because the owners who originely live here, left also the personals thinks the way they are. Enjoyed the foto`s on the wal and everything.
Also the family that lives below were very kind and helpfull.

The dogs bollocks - loved this place as it met our needs entirely, we loved the freedom and flexibility of self catering. Its a big,very well equipped flat (not a Penthouse though) and for the price of a hotel room we had an enormous amount of space. The location is good - a 5 minute stroll takes you to the edge of the Old Town. It suited us as we enjoy cooking so we made our own evening meals with fish from the local excellent fishmongers or local produce from the supermarket and markets down the road and with Greece being so expensive because of the Euro we saved a bomb.On the very odd occasion we ate in the Old Town at night which if you wanted you could do more often - in the afternoons we mooched down to the Town Beach.
Its not a touristy area and you are living amongst the Greeks.
Rafaello is extremely friendly and instantly likeable.
The internet was a dongle that you plugged in to your lap top, couldnt get get my tablet to work off it though so you might need a notebook at the least.
The family do live in the flat when its not rented out (and granny lives in the apartment downstairs) so there are family photos about.
All in all we loved it because it suited our needs so much.
