The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing balcony, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

I hesitate to write this review as this property should be kept a secret. I will be returning soon as it is a perfect place to escape to. The owner, Jonny is more than accommodating yet never invades your privacy. The Year-round French couple who live downstairs are delightful and the snowbirds who arrived soon before my departure were friendly and fun. A young Haitian man who works part-time and can fix anything is charming always wears a smile. He also maintains the Eden-like property spectacularly. The location is ideal and the 1 mile walk to town is perfect. The night guard greets you in the evening and I always felt safe. The apartment is very large and well-equipped. I volunteered at a nearby school and had an all around perfect adventure. This is a small tropical complex and is so much more attractive than the 100+ condo complexes on the beach. I am so happy that I picked Sueno Tropical to call home for a couple of months. My thanks to everyone for making my stay so memorable. Back in San Diego now but planning my return... Stymie, USA

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks and loved it. Short walk to the beach, very private and secure. The owner, Jonny made us feel right at home. We even shared a bottle of champagne with him on our last night there. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and cool at night time. We spent alot of time on the balcony and in the pool. It was the tropical getaway we desired. The ground were meticulously kept and it was our tropical paradise. I made all the arrangements and finally hit a home run- my wife did not complain once.
