This large modern 1 bedroom apartment is located in Siolim, Northern Goa. The apartment is in a quiet hillside neighbourhood.

The apartment is convineiently located on the ground floor. The floor plan has an open kitchen so everyone can be part of the entertaining. The unit can easily sleep 4. The large patio looks out onto the beautiful and lush gardens and also gives the apartment an open feel. There is a TV and satellite cable that comes with the unit. We allow pets. The building comes with a pool and barbeque grills set in its beautiful tropical garden area along with a gym and Jacuzzi.

Goa has adapted and changed over the period of 450 years of Portuguese domination and since becoming an Indian state in 1962, all the while retaining its essence of the rural with a cosmopolitan heart, to give the traveler a good feel for India. Siolim is a village, quiet yet nicely located close to the Goan tropical paradise attractions. It is about 7 Kms from Mapusa. The vibe here is easy, at your own pace, old Portuguese churches (the main one in the area is dedicated to St. Anthony of Padua) and temples that celebrate festivals dedicated to the goddess (the main ones in Siolim are the Shri Datta Mandir and Sateri Temple), long walks on long sandy beaches, hills and forts to scale, calm blues waters to swim.

The apartment is close to the landmark Siolim Bridge, where people go to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Local transportation makes it easy to get around on scooters and cabs and have access to the beach sports, Go-Karting, and the amazing Portuguese influenced Goan food

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared north facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

We stayed with here with our teenage children over Christmas break and had an absolutely lovely time. We split our stay between this apartment and another one owned by the same owner in Arpora. The pool area has stunning views and was very relaxing to sit around. The gardens are lush and the gym helped us work off the calories from all the great Goan food. In spite of the busy time in Goa, he helped arrange a reliable car rental from Airport pick up and for the duration of the visit.
