A spacious totally indipent apartment (private entrance totally indipendent from that of the villa) in a beautiful holiday villa with pool, at very short drive from the sea. The residence is full of palm trees, olive trees and other Mediterranean plants. The residence consists of only 2 villas (the villa of the owner and the appartment that they rent). The holiday residence have several areas, which remain cool and shaded throughout the day. The pool is in use from the 3rd April to 31 October. The residence distance 5 km from beautiful sandy beaches. The appartment is ideal for short trip to Palermo, Cefalù, Monreale, the villas of Bagheria, the Zingaro Park, Trapani and Marsala. The residence is very confortaqble because is only 20/25 mins from Palermo airport.The owners of the villas are old people: they very kind and do not usually take swimming in the pool.. Therefore the pool will feel pretty much as private . The size of the apartment is about 70 m2. The rooms have air-conditioning. The house consists of 2 double bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) a living room with kitchen corner, a dining table and an open kitchen. There is shade patio where to eat outside with barbecue corner.
