Set in a picturesque,tranquil location within easy reach of local amenities

We fell in love with this area of Turkey as it is very peaceful and unspoilt.There are several small shops nearby and beach bars/restaurants.If you want a more livelier night out a 30 min stroll(5mins in a taxi) will bring you to Calis centre where there are numerous shops,bars,restaurants,supermarket,water park,market,sandy beach.
Although the site is in a quiet area with mountain backdrop and forest infront,it is an ideal base for exploring further afield and near enough for a livelier night out in calis or fethiye.
The villa has a large patio area with table and 6 chairs and a built in barbecue.The downstairs area is open plan-comprising of dining room,kitchen and lounge(with 2 bed settees). There is also a toilet and sink.
The upstairs area comprises of 1 double bedroom with built in wardrobes,drawers,bed side cabinets and a balcony.The twin bedroom has 2 single beds,wardrobe,drawers and a safe.There is a 3 piece bathroom suite,washing machine and hot water heater.The landing area houses the air conditioning and has a balcony off it.Surrounding the villa are extensive gardens with various fruit trees and the large pool is only 40yds away .The other pool is approx 150yds away and there is a car parking area here also.
The complex has 24hr security.

This is a beautiful,quiet site which has 24hr security and car parking facility. The gardens are full of plants and fruit trees(help yourselves to the fruit) and are well maintained. There are 2 large pools and a childs pool with sun loungers,canopies and showers. Fill your water bottles from the purified water system(FREE) Public phone box on site or there is a mobile phone in the villa which you are welcome to use,as long as you top it up prior to departure for the next person to use. There is a safe upstairs which you can use,but you are responsible for any loss,damage. There are 4 bicycles which you can use providing any damage is repaired or this will be deducted from the breakages deposit. There are several local shops for your basic supplies,beach bars,restaurants within 5 min walk. Visit the nearby village of Ciftlik for a taste of local life and try the pide(turkish pizza).There is a small market here once a week and you will also find,supermarkets,shops,barbers,hairdr
