Mindelo house rental

Quite place, near the beach, near the airport , nice garden, privacy

I bought this house because it is perfect to spend hollidays with my kids as it is very safe for them, very nice for playing in the garden. Also the location is excelent, very near to the beach and very quite and nice neighborhood. It has also a very nice terrace with ocean view, protected from the winds perfect to get a nice tan.
When you step into the house from the main door, if you turn left you will find a big livingroom with open fire place a big & confortable leather sofa and 2 big doors for the terrace were you have a fantastic vue over the ocean. From the Living Room, can go to the kitchen. The Kitchen is fully equiped with oven , washing machine, orange juice machine, etc. The Kitchen has a door that goes to the barbecue & garden area.
Again from the main door, if you turn right, you will find 3 double bed rooms (in each bed room with a big double bed) and 2 toillets that are independent from the bed rooms one of the bathrooms is in marmore and the other is totaly in granit.
If you go down the stairs, at the left you can find the garage and on the right a big bed room with one double bed room and 2 single bedroom and also an independent toillet. This bed rooms have 2 big windows that is turned to the back part of the house.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage.
