Fantastic corner plot in the popular complex of The Old Village.

The Old Village has 3 swimming pools, a supermarket, several bars and restaurants, internet access and on site tourist office from which you organise all your day trips\car hire\bike hire etc. The complex also has 24hr security guards that patrol through the night. Vilamoura Marina is a 15 minute walk away, there you will find many restaurants, shops, late bars, tourist offices, a casino and mini golf. Vilamoura is a great location for people who dont wish to bring a car as most of the water parks and tourist attractions have coach selection services and can be booked on site.

You enter the property on the ground floor, the lounge is to your left and the kitchen and dining area are to the right. The dining room table has two long benches with two additional chairs at each end. Both sides have patio doors. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. The first floor has two bedrooms, both with two single beds and french doors on two sides so they are therefore light and very breezy. Both bedrooms have ensuite facilities (one with a bath and shower attachment, the other with shower cubicle - both with toilet and hand basin). The second floor is the same as the first floor and also has a set of stairs that lead up to the roof terrace. All the bedrooms are air conditioned.

We provide sun loungers and matresses for the use of our guests at the property.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
