Excellent two bedroom apartment on the Costa Blanca

The apartment is located in Calle Leman , Los Altos, which is 10 minutes from Torrevieja on the Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca.

It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom and toilet , separate kitchen and lounge. A bed settee can sleep another person in the lounge.

This area of Spain has an excellent climate throughout the year. It is ideal also for long term rental during the Autumn and Winter months

Accommodation
The living area has a three seater and two seater sofa and an attractive wall unit with plenty of storage space.There is a dining table with chairs. A ceiling fan and a free standing heater are also provided. There is a TV with Sky Freesat television which has all the channels available on Freeview in the UK

A door way leads through to the modern kitchen which has fitted units and comes with and oven & hob, extractor, microwave oven and fridge freezer.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan.

The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin with vanity unit and mirror, w.c and bidet.
The patio off the lounge has a table and chairs and is adjacent to the swimming pool

This apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking implements, crockery and cutlery. All the necessary bedding and towels are also provided.

Facilities
The property is within walking distance of the Via Park 3 commercial centre where there are shops including a supermarket, internet and post facilities, restaurants and bars

A short 10 minutes drive to several blue flag beaches and a choice of 3 golf courses within 20 minutes by car.
The property is ideal for holiday and long term rental. The town of Torrevieja is only 10 minutes drive with good parking and a new shopping centre.

Alicante airport is 45 minutes drive and Murcia airport 20 minutes.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

I booked this property for our family with three children 11,7,2. The apartment is really well equipped, it has everything you could possibly need.. The patio was a real sun trap but had a shade to ease the heat. Angel was such a great help getting us there and sorting us out with a BBQ, nothing was too much trouble. The pool been is beautiful, the kids made lots of friends with others in the street and they had great fun. There are supermarkets a short walk away and many bars and nice places to eat. The coast is a short drive away, you could walk but it would prob take about 30 minutes. I love running and there was plenty of areas to run (no stray dogs!) and a gym in the local town! Thanks for such a realaxing break, we will def be back!!

"This is an excellent apartment set in a quiet private community adjacent to swimming pool. The solarium is ideal for getting a suntan and having a barbeque. Bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away so the car can be left at the apartment. " All the beaches have blue flag
