Situated in the South of the island, in a quiet tourist zone San Eugenio only in 5 min walk to the beach. Complex Villa Tropicana has its own swimming pool and private sunbathing area.
The Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio area is an area popular with all ages, making it one of Tenerife most frequented holiday destinations. Central Las Americas is typically known for its Party atmosphere which is true as it does have a large selection of bars and restaurants, San Eugenio on the other hand is just outside of this area making it a quieter area more suited for young families and mature couples. It still has a good selection of bars, restaurants and shopping without the hussle and bussle found in central Las Americas.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms all of which are a good size, There is a double bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the remaining 2 bedrooms both of which can be placed together to create a single large beds There is plenty of wardrobe space in the bedrooms.
