A 1 bedroom apartment in the prestigious Damac Waves Building located at Dubai Marina, one of the most sought after areas in Dubai. Fully furnished and equipped to a high standard for short term rental , in a modern contemporary style, ideal for both business or leisure. Our self-catering apartments offer you more space than a hotel room and hotel apartments in Dubai, you'll also enjoy the extra privacy. Facilities include a large swimming pool, children's splash pool, gym, outdoor tennis court, seperate gents and ladies sauna and steam rooms.
A large spacious lounge and dining area lead on to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a complimentary water cooler with Nestle Pure Life Water. The apartment has a large bedroom with a Kingsize bed and a spacious balcony that overlooks the marina. The apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people if you also decide to use the two comfortable Futon Company sofa beds in the lounge, full bedding is available for these.
