The time we spent in the condo, it was very pleasant, The AC units worked really well, no problem with the Comort room , toilet, showers,
The kitchen was adequate for our needs. My only objections was that the pool in the hotel was not open and it was not well maintained. I think that was the only disappointment, since the children was looking forward to taking a dip in the pool.

great location...rooms were very clean tidy and spacious...bed was very comfortable and air-con a god send...kitchen area again clean and tidy. wi-fi and cable were provided and worked without a hitch. With being so central you could walk 10min to nearest starbucks or even if you feel like another 10 min and youd be in the middle of Ayala centre and the malls for a shoppers paradise.
Cant wait to go again and will be booking with gray again.

A very nice place to stay and the people was very friendly and helpful (virgil)..I recommend this condo to those who wants to stay comfortly but doesnt have to pay much!
(sabahan)..kalau mo tinggal tmpt yg murah tapi jimat di makati, stay la di sini..mmg best! tuan pya pun bgs...dekat sma tmpt makan n 7-eleven..mana tau kamurang mo masak2 lagi 4 breakfast...no regret!

I loved it. I would definitely stay there again. My friend stayed at a 5 star hotel but was amazed of how spacious my room was. There was alot of restaurants close by and walking around was safe. The staff at the hotel was friendly and always assisted me with anything I needed. I was not able to meet Gray but Virgil did a great job and made me feel welcomed. I am not sure when I will be able to go to the Philippines again but I would like to stay there if possible.

this is a great place to stay. Owners are very helpful and go the extea mile to insure your trip is fun and worry free. People are always there to help with any needs you have.Building is clean and well kept, condo is bright and you will find everything you need right there. Been alot of places but i will return and stay here again soon

neighborhood area maybe intimidating at first but as we found later its safe and convenient to all shopping malls and restaurants. condos caretaker Mr. Virgil is very accommodating to our needs. i already refer this condo to a friend.

I would recomend this room for medium stays in the makati area. They run their properties well and give personal service that very few hotels can provide. The ease of booking and checking in add greatly to the value of an already reasonably priced room.
Personally I am not a fan of girlie bars but if you are into that Burgos is only a short walk away from the building. The security in the building is reasonable and they allowed all of my guests in with no hassle. The laundry was fast and well priced too :)
My only complaint is that I am going to be in Makati in 7 weeks and the room is already booked lol.

Wow talking about Away but still feel like home. This place has almost become our second home, since this was our second stay in Tito Gray condo. We where honored to be the first visitors after the renovation. Shower cabin is heavenly with overhead strainer of water. The new bed is perfect as well as the rest of the condo. Would not write to many superlatives due to the risk of not getting my next reservation due to overbooking.

This was our second stay at the condo and as promised on our last visit some improvements have been made though it was already good enough to encourage us to return. There is a new shower with adequate hot water and access to the internet was installed prior to our departure.
Virgil (the owners representative) is on hand when required without being intrusive and is determined to ensure you will have a hassel free stay, from meet and greet at the airport to a farewell handshake upon departure.

well it was very nice place, the view left a little to be desired but overall it was nice. great central location.very close to the action for the party goers. i didnt visit the girl bars searching for the ladies. but the place got me engaged to my best friend. we had fun and it was peacefull for the two of us. veerhel was helpfull and kept up with the place very well.
i got out to subic, and bataan trail,and the old prison. good restaurants near by,supermarkets for food and delivery food at easy access.
i hate to say it was so comfortable and relaxing there, i may not get it the next time im in manila to see my fiancee, but i will definetly stay there again without question. this is my first inquiry for housing when im there.

The apartment is nice and have a good location for our purposes. all arrangements for our arrival was handled perfect as well as our departure.
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and we even showed it for some overseas friends who regulary visit PH as well.
We stayed 4 persons in the Apt but the kitchen table is only for Two.
We will come back next Christmas for sure.

We were met at the airport by the owners representative as arranged and taken to the condomininum where we were show all the facilities and we appreciated the welcoming fresh flower display and the cleanliness of the unit.
The condo is as described in the booking advice, ideal fot two people and everything we needed was available to quickly settle in and enjoy our stay.
Our only suggestion for improvement would be to include a more efficient water heater in the bathroom during the planned renovations in January 2007.
We will definately attempt to obtain a booking in this condo for my net visit to Manilla.

My wife and I stayed at Grays Condo for a week in October. We enjoyed our stay at the condo; it is very clean, quiet and has all the amenities you need to be comfortable during your stay. We have stayed at many hotels, resorts over the years on our trips back to the Philippines, but have to say the water pressure and air conditioning in this unit are as good as you would expect in the states. Gray and his brother we very accommodating and made us feel right at home. We would stay there again on our next trip and would recommend the unit to our friends.

We had a pleasant stay at Mr. Gray’s condo unit, his representative in the Philippines was always very helpful in assisting us with our requests. The place is very spacious, a good value for our money not to mention it is ideally located to major establishments in Makati, which is excellent. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends. Mr.Gray, thanks again for accommodating us even if it was a last minute thing We are looking forward to our next vacation in the Philippines, and for sure, we'll be staying at your condo unit again.

The owner was more the accomodating as far as requests were concerned. I requested for additional pillows and I certainly had more than enough. The place is clean and orderly. And the request for a driver was there when we needed. The condo was very much situated close to everything, from restaurants and shopping close by! Thank you to Mr. Gleason & family. I would highly recommend this place. And I would definitely use them in the future visits!

First off I would like to say this is a nice place to stay if your in town especially if its your first time to the Philippines. Why you might ask? Well you have pretty much everything you could want in a short distance. One of the larger malls in the PI and you have the night life district only a block over. But this isn't the only reason to stay here...its owned by some of the nicest people I've every met. They become your extended family. If you need anything they are there instantly. Simply great people.
