Once getting into the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen: microwave/oven, fridge, 4 pits ceramic cooking plate and a complete set of kitchen ware.
The main room has two couches, a (satellite) tv, dvd player and a radio. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
Outdoor we offer a 47 m2 shadowed terrace and a 160 m2 sunny garden.

The apartment is close to the three communal swimming pools. Next to that, the complex has a paddle tennis court.

The view from the apartment is spectacular: the Mediterranean sea with ships, waiting to go through the straits of Gibraltar, the African coast and, of course, Gibraltar itself.
The sea with its big sandy beach is only 300 meters away!

For day to day shopping a small shopping centre is recently opened. In La Linea you will find big supermarket as Mercadona and Carrefour: only a 10 minutes drive. There are many restaurants in La Linea in all categories and all types of cuisine: fish, Italian, Indian and of course Spanish. For a decent English pint Gibraltar is close by!

Sotogrande has a cozy harbor with nice restaurants, so has Estepona. Marbella and its luxurious Puerto Banus can be reached within 30 minutes.

Worthwhile mentioning is the beautiful scenery of the mountains of Andalusia, with lots of possibilities for hiking, cycling (off the road!!) and horse riding.

Within the apartment a binder with touristic information is at your service.
Need some food or drinks once arrived? You will find it in the kitchen, just fill it up after having used it. Feel yourself at home!!

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
