The house is modern and has been completed to a very high specification with the intention that it is used as a permanent residence.
There are a range of top quality soft furnishings and home comforts. Everything is new with clean lines providing a relaxing and easy to live with environment.

We chose this part of Spain as it is still truly Spanish. The coastline is dramatic and there are lots of things to do.

Fuentes de Almunecar is a lovely,small, resort laid out on the side of a hill with views of the sea and surrounding hills. There are fountains, waterfalls, gardens & 2 pools- one an infinity pool. Pls note the infinity pool is open mid June to mid Sept, usually about 12 to 8, with a lifeguard. The upper pool will be open April to Oct.

There are lots of different beaches to visit, a lovely waterpark, tennis courts and riding very near by.

The house is about 1 hrs drive from both Granada & Malaga airports.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
