Deluxe 5 bedroomed villa situated on the Costa del Sol

This luxury villa benefits from all the trappings of luxury lifestyle - fully fitted kitchen, oven, grill hob unit, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, hot and cold water. There is a shared swimming pool in front of the villa and being very close to a golf course, the club house is just a minutes walk away where they serve breakfast and lunch all day, it is very cheap and reasonable. A round of golf is €15.00 golf clubs can be hired for around €10.00. All major supermarkets are in San Pedro or Estepona which is 5 minutes away by car. Many restaurants and bars are nearby with a variety of night life entertainment for clubbers and fun seekers. The villa can cater for up to 14 people which makes it ideal for families and golfing holidays.
The property boasts 5 bedrooms - Bedroom 1 with double bed tv and en-suite , Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. - Bedroom 3 with 2 singles (can be zipped into a double) , Bedroom 4 which is downstairs has1 double bed & 2 singles and Bedroom 5 (dormitory) has 3 single beds, TV and a sofa. The villa has 3 bathrooms in total ( 1 en-suite ) and a WC downstairs. Extra bed can be put in dormitory.
The large kitchen has all the mod cons to offer - Sieman fan oven, glass hob and charcoal electric grill, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, granite worktops, toaster, kettle , all cooking pans and cutlery ,washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board , 2 clothes horses and even a storage area for suitcases.
The stunning living areaa has a gorgeous fireplace, leather sofas, sideboard, wine rack, 2 x dining tables and chairs, 50" Sony flat screen tv, dvds Sky box (clients can take their own sky cards as the villa comes with the basic package), in built speakers for MP3 and Ipods in most rooms. The lounge opens out onto a terrace that has a BBQ and fridge with table and chairs for those wonderful Al Fresco dinner evenings.
In the garden area there are fruit trees and a hot tub, which can be used at anytime.
