Our villa occupies one of the sought after positions; overlooking a breathtaking 14 acre lake, on the prestigious Lake Berkley Resort (minutes off the buzzing 192) and is just 10 minutes to Disney – Location, Location, Location.
As private owners we pride ourselves in our attention to detail customer care and service offering lots of extra special touches. Our aim is for you to have the holiday of a lifetime and to be made to feel special from the minute you walk through our door.
Our luxury, fully air conditioned villa can sleep a maximum of 10 and has two master suites so can easily accommodate two families and is lovingly furnished to the highest standard with nothing being too much trouble to ensure that your stay in our villa is anything but perfect.

Not all villas are the same, we are private owners who delights in offering those extra special little touches such as Fancy Dress Clothes for our younger guests, fishing rods to enjoy out back in the lake, a hand held sat nav, wireless internet, a extra large park BBQ, 50 inch flat screen TV in the great room and a 42 inch in the master bedroom. One of the twin bedrooms is themed with Winnie the Pooh and there is a 7 foot pool table, foosball table in the fabulous air conditioned Den with a PS2 and games, DVD collection, books, toys and board games for all the family to enjoy. We even supply a teapot for that much needed cuppa and sun hats to help protect from the rays and rain ponchos by the door in case of the very occasional downpour!! We do try to think of everything.
