A stunning villa with large private pool just 100m from the beach. This wonderful four bedroom villa provides both panoramic sea views and mountains views situated in the popular area of Argaka.
On entering the villa there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area offers comfortable settees and armchairs and for entertainment is television with Satellite Channels (limited) and DVD player. The dining area sports a dining table and eight chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and ironing facilities. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed, ensuite shower room and sliding patio doors leading onto a veranda with table and chairs. There is also a guest cloakroom located on the ground floor.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, the double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the one twin bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and the other an ensuite shower room. The twin bedrooms both have private balconies. All the bedrooms have air conditioning (payable locally at € 5.00 per unit per day). Upon request a travel cot and highchair can be supplied. A safety box and hair dryer is also provided.
Outside within the mature gardens is a large 10m x 5m private swimming pool with walk in steps, the shallow end is 1m and the deep end is 1.45m. There is a poolside shower, sunbeds, umbrellas and external table and eight chairs plus barbeque for the al-a-fresco dining experience! For the children there is a lawn area to play. During the month of October there are Clementines and Grapefruit available for you to pick in the orchard behind the villa. All year round you can help yourself to the Lemons.
