Stayed in this villa three years in a row, nicest place we have ever stayed in. The complex is very private. The pool has never been too full when we used it and is always spotless clean, as is the complex. The villa itself is perfect and contains everything you will need. Its very spacious, bright and airy. The are two very nice restaurants right beside the villa. Local shops for all your needs are beside the villa too. There is a beautiful beach just a two minute walk from the villa. Had great fun on the beach. The walk into Turgutreis town is very enjoyable and only takes 15 minutes. Or else you can get a taxi or Dolmus to town. The town has plenty of gorgeous restaurants and fun filled bars. Especially Cool Breeze and The Bar. You can also take the dolmus to the beautiful fishing village of Gumusluk or into Bodrum town. Plenty of day trips can be organised for you. I would highly recommend a boat trip. One of the highlights of the holidays. The villa is in a lovely location. I cannot recommend this villa enough. Cant wait to go back!

loved this villa, it was so quiet, just what we needed after a hectic year. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time but we did go the end of May. The weather was hot then so the pool was a great asset . Relaxing evenings were spent sitting on the veranda with a glass of chilled white wine, eating beautiful olives, locally grown while we waited for our meal to arrive from the very authentic restaurant near by.There was a stunning walk into Turquitreis along the sea front , no need to get a bus or taxi although these were in abundance when required. We found the staff in the restaurants and people in general very friendly. There are lovely beaches within a short distance. The beautiful resort of Gumbet is a short ride away and well worth a visit. Eating out is really cheap and if you go to Bar Street there is loads of bars and nice places to eat. There are lots of cheap watersports on the beach and its great for shopping in Bar Street. Clubs open until 4 in the morning and booze cruises which last untill 6 in the morning. The villa had everything we required, even a secluded rooftop for private sunbathing. We found this the perfect place to go if you want to sunbathe all day and party all night

I have stayed at this villa on numerous occasions, and enjoyed every minute. It is so handy for everywhere. The villa has everything you would need on holiday plus more, we would dine outside on few occasions as it is a lovely pool area, and a very safe environment. The people are very friendly, and it is good value for money.

I have stayed here on numerous occasions, it is a lovely setting, and very handy for everywhere. The villa has everything you would need on holiday plus more. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy reach but we liked to eat outside the villa a few times a week as it was a very nice pool area. I would recommend this villa and the people are very friendly, and it is a safe environment.

Have stayed in this villa on more than one occasion
It is a lovely friendly complex and it is within close proximityto the larger town of Turgutreis. The villa has everything you would need for a holiday, there are two local restaurants just across the road who do a delicious "take away" ideal for lunch. The pool area has never been overcrowded on our visits. I cannot say enough about this villa and the wonderfull holidays we have enjoyed there. Make sure you take a trip to Gumusluk you can get the Dolmus at the top of the road
