Fabulous 3bed villa on a superb resort offering lots of facilities.

This stunning 3 bedroom villa is ideal for the whole family. Upstairs there is an en-suite double room and a twin room with a large shared family bathroom and the third bedroom is downstairs with twin beds and en-suite.. Look out onto the fabulous resort from the veranda balcony at the front of the house. It has a front garden and a basement garage. Around the corner is a new Leisure Club that includes an indoor pool with locker and shower rooms and Jacuzzi also inside, large outdoor pool and toddler’s pool, tennis courts, playground and a pool bar. While relaxing beside the pool you can also enjoy the panoramic views of the Monchique Mountains surrounding the resort. This part of the Algarve boasts spectacular scenery and magnificent coastlines with gorgeous sandy beaches just mins away. You can also wander the streets of old historic towns, relax in picturesque squares and enjoy charms of quaint fishing villages. It is also a prime golfing destination with many courses nearby.

The dining area is just off the modern and well eqipped kitchen and has seating for 6 people. The living area includes double sofa bed and 2 armchairs. There is a TV with a DVD player.

Just 5 minutes from the cosmopolitan town of Portimao and the new marina, it is also handy for the fishing village of Alvor. The nearest beaches can be found at the old town of Praia da Rocha and at the picturesque Praia di Vau, which boasts an abundance of waterfront activities and cáfe bars.

The property is approximately 5km from the safe sandy beaches at Alvor, Vau and Praia da Rocha. The Western Algarve hosts spectacular scenery with a magnificent coastline featuring honey coloured cliffs, grottos, caves and endless breathtaking sandy beaches washed by the glistening Atlantic Ocean.

As one of Europe's prime golfing destinations with a growing number of courses the choice is excellent. Four courses are within the immediate vicinity, Palmares (nearest to Villa), Penina, Alto (located between Praia do Vau and Alvor) and Pinta. The newest course is at, Boavista Resort, a mere 20 minutes drive away. Boavista Golf is an impressive 18 Hole Championship Golf Course. The Golf Club offers superb facilities in a uniquely sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere and attracts people from all over. It is a sister development and residents here can avail of discounted green fees.
There's plenty else to do in the region, if you're worried that you might fry yourself to a crisp on those fabulous Algarve beaches and of course if you are not a sun worshiper... you could choose from golf, exploring, sailing, tennis, fishing, water sports, horse riding, 4-wheel-drive 'safaris', and cruises. There are also water parks and fun parks nearby if they are of interest to the kids or the bigger kids!

What to do after dusk has descended? Why head off to enjoy some Algarve nightlife, of course. You could either go onto the picturesque seaside town of Alvor just 7km from the resort with a relaxing family nightlife with many bars and top-class restaurants. Or you could go to the nearby town of Praia da Rocha just 5km from the resort which hosts a great selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs and offers a livelier youthful nightlife.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
