Excellent accommodation, with everything you could need. The villa is clean, spacious, and modern and the garden is lovely, with plenty sun loungers. The views from the balcony are fantastic, and you can have your meals overlooking the mountains and Monovar. It is 1 km to the town Monovar and is easy enough to walk to, so a car is not necessary, unless you have young children. The surrounding area at the villa is countryside and hills, with amazing cave houses and interesting walks. We walked for miles everyday. Thouroughly enjoyed our holiday, and would book with the same villa again.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday, we were made to feel so welcome. The owner had even left supplies of food for us which was very unexpected, thank you so much as it saved us having to find a shop on the first day after a tiring journey. The children absolutely loved the garden and pool and there was plenty of shade for us to get out of the sun, which was scorching!! The villa is ideally situated amongst Spanish villas in the hills, which we loved as we prefer to not be in tourist areas, the local bars were extremely friendly and we muddled through with our basic Spanish. You certainly see Spanish life staying here, no noisy English lager louts !! Perfect, perfect, perfect !! The views from the balconies are amazing. We will certainly be returning as soon as we are able too. Thank you so much for a wonderful, relaxing holiday.

Recently home from a lovely 10 days here.
The owner was lovely and very helpful.
House was lovely. Big kitchen with everything youd need. Huge living room with tv, dvd player, english freesat channels and a cd player. 3 bedrooms, 2 twin 1 double, all complete with beach/bath/hand towels and a hairdryer was provided. No en suite as listed but bathroom was big enough for us and there is also a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower down by the pool.
Also, there is a huge empty room down by the pool that we found very handy. We put a couple of loungers in there and the kids pens ans paper and they were happy playing in there or in the pool so always out of the sun.
The local area was nice. We spent the early part of the week driving quite a bit to find restaurants and bars and nothing seemed open in Monovar, however, after talking to one of the locals, we found out that there was lots of lovely little bars in the town but nothing opens until approx 8pm so we just went out after that.
Not far into Alicante, approx 25 mins.
Really lovely holiday and really lovely place to stay
