A great apartment with fantastic views over the beach and in a great location, near to the "Britannia" pub roundabout towards the quiet end of Magaluf (opposite end to Palma Nova).
The owner was professional, friendly, and always on the end of the phone.
The lounge was spacious, and the kitchen well stocked with all white goods (though the local supermarkets are expensive enough to make eating out most nights more affordable).
The main bedroom is well sized with a large bed, and the other two bedrooms are smaller but still adequate (youre not going to be spending your whole holiday sleeping - theres too much to do!).
The main bathroom had a large bath and showerhead, whereas the smaller bathroom just had a shower, which could do with replacing at some point.
Four of us visited during the first two weeks of October with a one year old (a cot was provided), there was loads of room in the apartment and everything were still open until the end of our first week there. The second week was a little quieter but still fine. The apartment was far enough away from the main strip that noise wasnt much of an issue at night, but not so far out you felt cut off from everything.

The apartment was definitely much better than expected. The area is a 5min walk till the most busy area of magaluf, and you have an awesome view from the balcony towards the sea. The owner was patient enough to explain us everything needed and everything was super clean. We even got towels and bed sheets!
I have only good things to talk about this place. Would definitely recommend.
