This comfortable rustic house is in quiet Pollensa countryside

This lovely tranquil villa is set in large finca of 30000m2 and is not overlooked by anyone. .
It is surrounded by fruit trees including orange, mandarin, lemon, figs and persimmon.
It is in a perfect tranquil spot with easy access to beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Alcudia whilst also only short drive to lovely towns of Pollensa and Alcudia.
You will feel as if you away from everything but in 5 to 10 minutes in the car there are all the facilities needed for a great family hoilday including lovely restaurants, cultural and historic sights in Pollensa & Alcudia and the lovely beaches and watersports in Puerto Pollensa and the mountains of Serra de Tramuntana which are visible from the house.
The house itself is in rustic style but has all modern conveniences such as aircon in the bedrooms, dishwasher, satellite TV, comfortable lounge seating.
There is a lawned area at the rear of the house for children to play in and next to the pool which measures 6 metres by 6 metres there is a terrace for sunbathing.
There are a further 2 terraces at the front and rear of the house, both furnished and the rear terrace has a built in barbecue and a large outside dining area which has direct access to the kitchen making outside dining easy and enjoyable.
We have some animals at the rear of the plot (lambs, chickens etc) but they are away from the house and do not interfere with the holidaymakers

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
