The property enjoys a 180 degree panoramic sea view which stretches from St Georges Island in the West to Paphos in the East. The spacious outdoor living area is set on the top terrace, with the 12 x 5m overflow pool ready when you need a cool down. The pool is “Bikini Friendly” salt water treated. There is also a stone built BBQ ready for the men to exercise their culinary skills! At night the impressive outdoor lighting can be controlled to your taste. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa. All 3 floors are serviced by a 6 person passenger lift , available by request, making the property fully accessible to wheel chair users and the elderly. The pool and BBQ are all on the same level as the second floor of the villa making for easy access in and out. There are no provisions for disabled toilets.This Akamas Cyprus villa has remote controlled electric gates . In addition you will be provided with a keyfob remote to open the gates. The patio area is 300m2 and is on the same level as the private pool. The mosaic tiled swimming pool is 12x5m and 1.2 to 2.0m deep. The pool is an overflow design so the waterlevel is the same as the patio. The water is "Bikini and Skin Friendly" salt water treated. As the property is not overlooked you can enjoy complete privacy. Sun beds are provided along with parasols. The shaded verandah has outdoor settee and armchairs. The BBQ is stone built and has a tiled countertop and sink.
