Located 600 metres from the village of Giove with its historic centre and imposing ducal castle, the house is an ideal base to visit the many places of historic and artistic interest in Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany.

In Giove, there is a supermarket, chemist, post office and bank. There are also various food shops and clothing stores as well as restaurants and pizzerias.

The nearby train station and motorway exit makes it possible to make day trips to places such as Rome, Viterbo, Florence, Perugia, Terni, Todi and Assisi.
A small family firm is concerned mainly with bee-keeping and the cultivation of plants required for our business.
Several years ago, we decided to bring ourselves close to nature in a healthy way by employing the bio dynamic agricultural method. Thanks to such methods, it is possible to bring new force to the Earth and at the same time obtain high quality products.

Over the last few years, in addition to our bee products, we have introduced a natural cosmetics line for body care. We firmly believe that a good product does not depend only on the ingredients used but also on the interior attitude of those involved in its production. Nature does not react solely to the exterior activity of man but also to the sentiments and thoughts that man cultivates within himself.

Guests at the holiday farm may, if they wish, can become involved in our activities and get to know at first hand the life cycle of the bee, the organisation of the hive, and how honey, that precious nutrient which is the fruit of the happy encounter between the vegetable and animal world, is extracted and produced.

Painting courses and Eurhythmy courses are held on the farm, in this way an artistic element is added to the agricultural-artisan base.
Guest accommodation on the holiday farm consists of an old Umbrian farmhouse that has been restored and furnished using environmentally friendly materials. The farmhouse is divided into two apartments, each with its own spacious outdoor area.



There is a fully-functioning ancient wood-fired bread oven in the ground floor apartment.
The private swimming-pool is located just a few metres from the house.
Two mountain-bikes are available for the use of guests.
Nearby, there are two riding-stables if guests wish to go horse riding.
There is also a swing for children and a barbecue.
Pets are welcome (subject to prior agreement).
