This amazing penthouse chalet is situated in an elevated position, with panoramic views from both the balconies and windows. It has three bedrooms a bathroom with a toilet, a shower room and a separate toilet. The property has central heating and heated floors. There is a cellar with ski racks, washing machine and tumble dryer. Sheltered parking space right outside the door and extra visitor parking is available above. Access to the penthouse is via an electronic code door lock.

The penthouse is spacious, modern and welcoming, children are well catered for, there are two cots,a moses basket, highchair, 2 additional wooden slat camp beds available if required, childrens board games and even dinnerware for children.

The open plan living area is spacious and bright with fantastic views, with plenty of seating space, there is a flat screen tv, multimedia system including i pod docking connections and internet access. The dining table can comfortably seat twelve, still with space to move around and there is an additional four people can be seated at the breakfast bar. The fully fitted and well equipped modern kitchen has an oven/hob, a microwave, a slow cooker, a cafetiere, Nespresso machine,a dishwasher and fridge freezer plenty of work surface and the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom is a twin room and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. There is a double sofabed in the living room also.
There are two bathrooms, bathroom one, has a bath with a handheld shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom has a shower and sink, and there is a separate toilet and sink.
The cellar has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, ski rack and boot drier for 10 sets.

This fabulous penthouse offers ski-in/ski-out access, at only 300 m above the Achter Jet Gondola station, in the Salzbuger Sportwelt ski area. All of the 5 ski areas making up Ski Amade are within an easy 30 minute drive, or by bus.
