We rented the apartment in the last week of September 2008 and had great weather. My 4 year old son had a great time in the swimming pool which is better in real life. The Spanish owners of the café bar at the swimming were so helpful it added to the holiday.
The apartment has all you need for 1 week to month plus. The area is fantastically situated in the mountains and the views as you drive up to the La Cumbre del Sol are beautiful as with the inland area, which you should go to.
Thanks for renting your apartment. I have already told people about it.

We had a really really super time and love the place and location - its great being up in the mountains. The beach down the road is really lovely and many a happy and sun burnt (!) hour were spent down there.
We had a brilliant time! The area really is beautiful - a completely different side of Spain that I havent seen before

We were very happy with our holiday apartment. The only comment I would make is that you need a car to enjoy the surrounding areas. The apartment was clean and spacious.
The pool area is very large and well kept with a life guard on duty.

In summer 2007 we rented this very nice appartment for 2 weeks. We have had a great time - expecially in the wonderful pool which was absolutely outstanding. It was never to crowdy, it was always clean and there were a very good atmosphere. The appartment was very nice and tidy. With a nice bathroom and 2 good bedrooms. There were a nice little garden were we spend some wonderful evenings. Nearby is a supermarked with all the things needed. It is recommanded to rent a car if you want to go shopping in the town. Thanks for renting us your lovely appartment

The apartment was unbelievably clean, quiet and a good value for the $$. The beach in Cumbre Del Sol was beautiful, and there was a full market, restaurant, pharmacy and bar within walking distance. You didn't really need to leave the grounds.
The development caters to an older crowd, so there wasn't much night life. If you're looking for quiet relaxation, this is perfect.

We found this property to be exactly as advertised. We - a family of 5 were more than comfortable in it, the local amenities are sufficient with a very good supermarket and an excellent communual pool.
The property is well maintained and clean, has all esssential equipment and is surprisingly spacious.
Cumbre Del Sol is in a pleasant setting and has a good mix of nationalities. The views are fabulous and access to main routes is fairly simple.
We would return here again happily.

The property was nicely located, it was close to a large and very nice communal pool with a very good, value for money pool bar. The accommodation was comfortable, reasonably furnished and was sufficient for 2 adults, one 17 yr old teenage son & two other children. It has a nice balcony to have breakfast on in the sun in the morning and an adequate patio for barbequeing in the evening. It is situated on a hillside and not really within walking distance of the beach. A car is necessary.

Have been to this apartment 3 times, twice with a friend which was a quiet, relaxing holiday, lounging round the pool and at the beach and once there was five of us and there is plenty of nightlife in Moraira and Javea, taxis are quite cheap.
The apartment is nice and light and modern with a nice patio.
