The villa is home away from home. We really felt like we were in our own house. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing. My Wife and I spent two wonderful weeks in Sept 2011 at this property and enjoyed every moment.
The Villa is very well stocked with every thing you could need on Holiday.
Spotless and well maintained.
The pool is out of this world lovely and warm.We had two children staying with us for a couple of days and they spent most of it in the pool.
The villa is in a very quite area and very close to all attractions and supermarkets etc.
We will be booking again in the near future and would recommend this Villa to anyone.
On arrival we had a slight problem with the telephone not working due to a phone fault. I rang the maintenance and it was fixed instantly. Thanks Christine.

Hi,
this villa was very well equipped and there was a lot of space. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed the fact that it was not facing other houses.I will definitely recommend this to my friends.
There was only one little problem. I suppose the villa had not been rented for a while because one could see that the toilets had not been flushed recently. There was some mold even on one of the toilet seats. Other than that we did not have any other problems. Having multiple keys was also a bonus, as having a safety box.
We are very satisfied with our stay.

The villa had only been empty for a few weeks and our management company do go in and flush the toilets etc regularly so we are not sure what happened on this occasion. I have passed this onto our management company for their comments.

This is by far the best equipped villa we have stayed in florida.The owners have clearly thought of everything from the coffee maker to the HD tv! The location is perfect for Disney and the parks and it is a perfectly named retreat to just relax in. With its private solar heated pool our family could have used it all day every day. The property was excellent. The property location was good and we found it to be very well equipped. It was easy to get to all of the main attractions and others as it was close to the main routes into orlando. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we gone for longer!

The villa far exceeded our expectations. Immaculate and well equipped, in a quiet and scenic spot yet close to Disney and shops etc. Especially loved the solar heated pool. First thing in the morning it was like a warm bath and so welcoming after a long day at the parks. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa and would love to return sometime (soon).

This is a wonderful home within an easy drive to the Orlando theme parks (and for us, the National Training Centers Softball Complex). Also conveniently located close to grocery stores and other services. Reservation/Arrival/Checkout process was smooth and easy. Property was beautifully maintained. Management company was quick to help with our questions - great service. Wireless internet, pool table, foosball, and swimming pool were all as promised. It was exactly as described and pictured. We have already recommended it to another family. It was exactly what we hoped for we had a ball. Thank You!!

Had an excellent time in the property, when we first arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the space and overall presentation.
We probably picked one of the worst ever fortnights to come to Florida, with the weather being cold (frosty) and windy, however the villa had heating so we could warm up in the evening.
The games room was a big hit with the children and it kept them entertained for much of the time.
Villa, really well equipped, we kept finding extra bits and pieces e.g. walkie talkies (probably to use in the parks) Ice blocks, useful little hand held vacuum.
The management company who look after the property were helpful, we had one query which they responded to very quickly.
The outdoor pool area was sadly underused by us, but on the few days when the sun came out and the wind dro pped, it was very nice to sit outside looking across the fields.
Outside the street area was very quiet, it took us a few days before we saw anyone else.
Journey times to the parks varied but I guess on average took about 20-25 minutes (depending on how many red lights you hit on 192).
In the nearby neighbourhood (5 minutes drive) there are a number of supermarkets and quite a few restaurants, the nearest being Applebees which is just south on the 27.
In summary, excellent villa I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

This property is situated slightly out of the way – which suited us perfectly. It’s in a quite area, which appears to be more residential than holidaymakers.
The pool area is lovely and quite & not overlooked. The property is very clean and well equipped. There are sadly a number of foreclosure properties around (one being next door) where the gardens have been left to go back to nature, but this does not detract too much from this lovely property.
We had to ring the property company because we had a wasp nest starting - they where there within an hour and it was sorted!
I would whole heartily recommend it to another friend.

Most of the foreclosure properties have now been sold on (especially the one next door to our property). We also have a new management company for our housing association and they are definitely ensuring that the community looks well cared for again.

What can I say???? This place is FANTASTIC. The property is lovely, the photos do not do it justice, the place is huge and very well maintained. It has everything you could possibly require and alot of stuff you dont need but its great to have. The location is lovely and peaceful with great uninterupted veiws of the conservation land. The pool area is very private and the pool is great, alot bigger than I expected and lovely to relax in at the beginning or end of a busy day. The management company were very helpful, I couldnt connect to the wireless internet and they were round to help within 15mins. We had a fabulous holiday here, the only problem being it just wasnt long enough. I highly reccommend this property!

This is an excellent property and had everything you need for relaxing holiday. The villa was spotless and well equiped. The pool area was fantastic and again spotlessly clean, with no other villas or pools backing onto the house it was great to spend a lot of time relaxing in and out of the pool. I would have no hesitation in recomending this villa and would definately love to come back in the future.

We had a brilliant time, the villa had everything we wanted and more.
The only problem we had was with the door locks - for some reason we couldnt release them and it could have proved dodgy with two young children.
Would definitely stay there again.

The Management Company are always on hand to sort out any problems. On this occasion they reported the locks to be functioning correctly and were easily opened from the outside.

The property has a very good layout and was beautifully furnished. The place was well maintained and spotlessly clean. I could not fault the place. The pool area was also clean with plenty of loungers and chairs. The area was nice and peaceful with a lovely view from the pool of conservation area.
We had a wonderful months holiday, and would not hesitate to return or recommend the house to friends.

Location is excellent for Theme Parks and other attractions. There are good restraunts and shops close by. Florida Mall about 30 minute drive away is excellent for the larger shops. We had a problem with the pool one day. We phoned the agent and then went out for the day. When we returned a note had been left confirming problem resolved.
I would rate the property as excellent location, especially if with a family, excellent sevices, the property had all the fascilities for a comfortable stay, and excellent service from the agent.

The web photos do not do it justice, marvellous home, fully equiped. For relaxation the pool area is great, early mornings sat outside watching the local wildlife. Highly recommend to everyone. Near to Disney and Universal but far enough for tranquility. Near to Highway 192 with plenty of family freindly places to dine. Supermarkets near by with all the essentials and more.
Just wanted to stay forever.

the property was all it said it was and more. extremely quiet and relazing location, within easy reach of all that Orlando has to offer. the pictures do not do justice to how large the property actually is, the bed in the master bedroom is huge! the villas living areas allow for everybody to have their own space and do their own thing. the pool, with solar heating, was lovely and warm and the games room has lots to offer, but we did not have time to use it, even though we were there for three weeks. the management company were very friendly and helpful, even when we couldnt connect our laptop to the internet they were there within 5 minutes to help!. we would have no hesitation in recommending this property,

A family group of seven thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at this villa, which is an excellent property. It was more spacious than expected and very comfortable. Wonderful pool, not overlooked, a real haven of peace after excessive Disneyfication!
Just one niggle - whoever described it as being 10 minutes from Disney main gate must have had a helicopter! It took us never less than 20 to 25 minutes using either the I-4 or the 192.
Otherwise, outstanding value and highly recommended

The house and location were great, we were near the disney parks and close to downtown Orlando.
The house worked on every front, it was large, a great layout, the pool was fantastic, and the rooms worked to have a great restful (if you can call disney restful) and pleasant stay in Florida. The view was great over green fields and trees.
I will be recommending this property and the area to my friends.

How do i start?! We stayed in this Villa for 10 nights from 05 Jun - 15 Jun 08. Just got home yesterday. When planning a family holiday, we decided on booking a Villa as it was our 18 month year old daughters first holiday. We shopped around for a few weeks, then i came across this one. I was amazed by the price and informed my mum (who was paying) immediately. She agreed that it looked lovely and made the booking.
The photos on this site could not have prepared us for just how lovely this villa really is. The presentation of this property and the fact it is extremely well kept are just the beginning. I know we are far from the first parents with young children to worry about the safety of their child when hunting for the right pad, but this villa was extremely safe for her. A brand new cot, highchair and bedding were provided, all of which met both our and our little girls approval! This took away the hassle of an extra baggage allowance too!!
The bedrooms/bathrooms are of a good size and all of the ammenities are there for you. The same applies for the kitchen as it has everything you could need (including a kettle for the Brits!!! Thank god!!!). The dining and lounge areas are lovely too, with very nice decoration (unlike most we viewed!).
I am very glad we took our Laptop, as this allowed us to keep in contact with home and also check-in for our return flight, using the wi-fi connection also included within the property.
The view from the pool was lovely (conservation land). The pool itself was clean and altogether gorgeous, especially at the end of a long day!
In summary, this villa proved to be way above our expectations and is a credit to its owners (whom were also very quick/helpful with our questions!).
Thank you so much for giving us the oppurtunity to stay in your villa, we are really looking forward to visiting again!!!

Just returned from this villa and had a fabulous time. The villa exceeded our expectations. Really clean, nicely designed, lovely pool and good games room. Stylishly decorated and comfortable. We were so pleased!!! Easy to reach parks from the Retreat. Walmart and Publix close by - so can get your shopping without any hassle. Dining out places close 10 minutes away. All ideal for us.
Just lovely to come "home" to a super villa at the end of a long day at the parks. The villa looks out onto a conservation area so not overlooked at the back. Hope to visit again.

Lovely property, well fitted out and all mod cons, very spacious and clean, pool very nice and well maintained.
The weather we had was warm during the day but was cooler at night, we did pay to have the pool heated and it was warm by the afternoon but cooled overnight so may have benefited for a cover as it was too cold for a morning dip.
I would think that during the summer this would have not been an issue as the temperature does not drop so much.
I would like to say a thank you for helping us to have a great holiday in a beautiful villa.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PROPERTY WAS FIRST CLASS. IT WAS IDEALLY LOCATED WITH DISNEYWORLD ONLY A TEN MINUTE DRIVE AWAY. IT WAS THE MOST RELAXING HOLIDAY WE HAVE HAD. THE HOUSE ITSELF IS IMMACULATE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IS VERY QUIET AND PEACEFULL
