Great location, central to all attractions. Unit is located right next to Placa Reial so can be quite loud on a Fri or Sat night. The unit was neat and tidy and had a very funtional kitchen equipped with all you need for self catering purposes. The host was very helpful and friendly.

There were 4 of us, 2 couples, and we were all more than happy with the apartment and its location. The neighborhood is very lively, full of bars, restaurants, shops, and tourists. Most attractions were close by.
Dont miss out on Palau Guell, a jewel of Gaudis architecture, located just across the street in Carrer Nou de la Rambla.

Location good but the flat was very dark and the terrace was just a hole inbetween high walls with no sight in any direction.

The apartment was great. Clean and tidy when we turned up and perfect size for the 5 of us. Theres nothing bad i can say about. Very central location too. The key collection was simple and the place easy to find. Highly recommended.

The property was very nice. We were met there by David & his wife the owners. David was most helpful, showing us to our apartment. His wife joined us. She was very helpful explaining the use of all appliances in the apartment and the rules. The apartment was centerly located, very clean, security was excellent, & close to everything. David and his wife were only a phone call away always reach to assist with whatever we needed. The apartment was a great value and my sister who travels a lot said it was a great find on my part. this was my first trip, so good for me. I would tell anyone going to Barcelona and the area to get in touch with Bacardi Green Apartment cause it is fabulous to have a great apartment to come back to after seeing the sites and their,s are THE VERY BEST, A-1! THANKS!

The property was very large and in a perfect location - right in between La Rambla and Placa Reille. It was clean and comfortable, we stayed a solid ten nights, so it became like a home to us. We enjoyed the large living room, having two bathrooms and the outdoor patio. The second bedroom has two twin beds, but can be pushed together (not uncommon in Europe anyways.)
The owners are very accomodating and nice - the showers werent working properly (old hose was leaking), and as soon as we told them, they replaced it immediately. They provided new sheets and towels whenever requested, also immediately - the cleaning lady lived in the building, so she was only ever a floor away from us if anything was needed.
We would definitely book through this site/these owners again.

The apartment was large and clean and in an incredible position! Our stay was excellent and that was enhanced by the apartment! Definately stay there!

Great location! The apartment was large and quiet. We loved being near great restaurants and a few minutes from the beach. Having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms gave us plenty of privacy. Nice grocery up the street.
We did have a little problem with the hot water. There were 3 of us and we had to time our showers so the second person didn't run out of hot water. We were also a little surprised after we were charged a 30 Euro credit card fee at booking, we were charged an additional 15 Euros for using the credit card by the bank when we paid the balance. Would be nice to know about all fees at the time of booking.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Bacardi Green apartment. It was very clean and spacious and suited our family needs very well. Its in a fabulous location so great for the sites or just strolling. The caretaker who let us in was very helpful.
The directions to the property could be made just a little clearer, Plaza Real is easy to find but we then had to ask around to find the passage way. Also the DVD player seemed not to work and there was nowhere to play music. Also, an electric kettle would be really useful but I realise this is not a very spanish thing!
I would thoroughly recommend it.

The apartments were clean and warm and central which is exactly what we were looking for. The fruit left in the apartment on the first day was a nice touch and the property host very helpful.

The location of the apartment is great, you can find shops and restaurants nearby and also subway stations and trainstation are close. Everythin from booking to arriving there was arranged very smootly for us.
Only negative thing was that the apartment was extremely hot! There was just a couple of fans in there and that is not enough when the temperature reaches 30 degrees inside the apartment. I hope that they could arrange some kind of air-conditioning to the apartment, because it was sometimes hard to sleep there because of the heat.

The best part of the property was its location, it was in the centre of everything. The apartment was large and spacious, we liked the sofa very much. It was very quiet there at night because of the gates that were locked. The apartment was very comfortable for everything.
Negative: when we arrived it didn`t seem very clean, especially the kitchen and there was not enough hot water to shower for everybody. It was quite inconvenient to make hot water, there should be an electric water-jug. There was not view and the terracce was useless, we only dried our clothes there.
But in general we liked it and definitely recommend it to our friends.

Centrally located in Barcelona yet quiet and secure. This was a clean an comfortable property and the Caretaker was well informed and helpful. I would book this apartment again and have already recommended it to friends.

The booking process was easy. The key handover went smoothly. The out going renters had a late departure and so left their bags and took a set of keys which was a bit disconcerting, but Juan the manager came to wait for them when we went out for dinner and all was well.
The flat is in an excellent location, between Placa Real and the Ramblas. The security gates at either end of the passage are locked at night and ensure the entrance is secure. And with the front window shut it wasn't noisy.
Inside, the building is well maintained. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable. The sofas are big and comfy, a good place for a siesta. The interior terrace is basically the end of a light well off the master bedroom, we didn't spend any time out there. Only negative points, the cutlery and dishes could do with a good wash and quite a few were chipped; the bath towels were tired.
I'd definitely recommend this flat for a long weekend.

It was a very good apartment very close to La Rambla and Metro stations. Everything was very smooth, from booking it to pay it and then the service from the person in Barcelona. One thing we really appreciated was that we could have the appartment longer on our departure day.
I have already recommended this place for some friends that are planning on going to Barcelona!

Location, Location, Location...this apartment is ON the Las Ramblas strip...think about being in NYC and staying in times square. Everything happends in las ramblas. I was traveling with 2 couples (5 ppl) and the apartment was very comfortable...all the appliances worked as expected. The overall apartment was clean, however there were areas that were not so clean...it was not entirely disgusting, but simply less than expected. The kitchen countertops was sticky as if someone spilled juice and it wasnt cleaned up correctly, the fridge was a bit dirty, but overall everything was satisfactory. It felt like a typical euro apartment and less of a hostel, I definatley would reccomended it to a friend.

Dubie - we loved the apartment. It was spotless, very comfortable and remarkably spacious. I cannot imagine a better location, with the Placa Reial on our doorstep, La Rambla and the metro a few yards away, and all of the Barri Gotic unfolding behind us. We really had a wonderful time, and the flat was a huge part of that. Thank you!

Having been to Barcelona many times before, we were familiar with the area of Las Ramblas, and the apartment surpassed all our expectations. It is not only brand new and furnished with much taste, but also situated in a beautiful modernist building with a porter, which itself is a tourist attraction. Unlocking the large street gates at night made us feel rather priviliged. We'd gladly recommend it, and we'll definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
