VILLA DORA

This truly outstanding villa has been beautifully restored and boasts views of the island of Krk. Built in the Austro-Hungarian style, it offers guests a wonderful opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings. Located by the sea, the property has direct access to a very pretty cove and also comes with a lovely decked pool area which is illuminated at night. This very special property would suit couples or families with children.

APARTMENT 2+2
This modern apartment, set in 3000 square metres of mature scented mediterannean garden, is luxuriously equipped with all the neccessary facilities including wireless internet. On the terrace and outside of the apartment there are plenty of areas to sunbathe and enjoy the scenery. Picnic tables and lounge chairs are dotted around the garden where guests can find their own private spot to eat sit and relax. A gate from the garden leads down to the beach.

Villa Dora is located in the heart of Kvarner Bay, on the Oštro Peninsula, approximately 1.5 km from Kraljevica, which is located between Rijeka and Crikvenica, thirty kilometers from Opatija at the entrance to the bridge for the island of Krk.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

When we booked the apartment in Croatia on a cool Saturday in London, we had no idea of what a lovely place we were coming to. We have the gardens full of surprises, the sense of space with huge vistas across the sea and sky and the sound of the sea lapping aginst the rocks to send us to sleep at night.

If home is where the heart is- then we have found our second home in Croatia , in Villa Dora. The magnificent house, stunning view, crystal clear sea and bautiful garden have made our stay unforgettable (not to mention swimming with dolphins right here in your own cove). Most of all, thank you for your hospitality, kindness and useful tips. We will definitely be coming back soon!
