We are familiar with the area and have stayed on Highlands Reserve before. This villa exceeded our expectations. It is well proportioned, although only 5 in our party (3 adults, 2 teenagers), its more than big enough to accommodate 2 families. The property has been maintained to a very high standard. The large pool and pation area are excellent. The photographs on the website dont really do it justice. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

This home is definately decked out to make you feel like you are at home during your stay. Even little things like a cooler for picnic lunches and the welcome basket were really nice. We will definately return to this home if our travel plans have Orlando as our destination.

We loved staying in this house very much.
The pool area is beautiful as is the interior of this villa. Hope to stay again in this place in the near future.

well appointed and equipped. beautiful pool, liked planting to give privacy. dom was extremely helpful. anything we asked for was supplied immediately.. we had a lovely holiday thank you and will be seeing you again!

We were really impressed by this villa. The description and photos were all accurate but in reality, it exceeded our expectations. Although the villa is quite large, it still had a really homely feel and the living room and master bedroom were particularly impressive. We especially enjoyed the pool which was lovely and warm, despite the temperature being 20 degrees F below the seasonal norm! We would certainly stay here again and recommend the villa to our friends.

This was our first foray into holiday home rental but the whole experience was very enjoyable. The property exceeeded our expectations and we would certainly come back in future.
The house is in a beautiful, quiet location but is conveniently located for all tourist attractions and for shopping etc.
The property is well maintained and beautifully furnished with acres of internal space not to mention the excellent patio and pool area.

This is the 4th villa we have rented over the internet in the last 3 years and this was the most exclusive, best equipped, luxurious and all round fabulous place we have ever seen. It was far enough away from the hussle of disney and orlando but close enough to do some of the parks. The neighbourhood was quiet and upper class with plenty of safe roads for running and walking in the morning. Never felt uneasy at all in the area. Amenities such as supermarket etc all close by and with loads of variety. Welcome book with all the attraction details was great.
Things that may have made it even better. List of restaurants locally if we had fancied a meal out - not that we did as we loved the house so much and were happy to lunch out and eat late on the patio. Another improvement would be a map of the area as really hard to buy Orlando / Florida map with the area of the house on it. We would have loved to have avoided the I4 more but never found the shortcuts until 2nd last day. However, overall a dream holiday in a dream property.

Thank you for delivering a truly beautiful home in which to spend our holidays. We were two families sharing and this house was so spacious and lovely we didn't want to leave!! There was a problem with the air-conditioning and after a call to the office, was sorted within the hour. Thanks to Dominic for the directions to the local shops and Disney. The in house book was a great source of info and we ordered our Parks tickets which were delivered to the house next morning as promised. Wonderful service!!

This house added much enjoyment to our first time visit to Florida .. our family loved the pool and hot tub .. on the days that we didn't go anywhere .. we just lounged around the poolside and had an amazing, yet relaxing time .. We loved the decorating in the household, and the beautiful furniture .. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

My husband & I had a great time at your lovely home. We have rented vacation homes in the past, but yours is the best !!
The pool .... We loved the "basteing" shelf ! We sat and read books in the pool every morning.

This villa has the real WOW factor.
Real comfort and attention to detail by the owners in every aspect. The villa is huge and the pool is fantastic
The owners were also very very helpful with car hire, directions, toll roads, shops etc etc. Many thanks for a great holiday.
