The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

We may never stay in a hotel again! The home was enormous and beautifully furnished. On rainy days/afternoons - when we couldn't frolic in the private, crystal clear pool - a hotel would've been a nightmare with 4 boys aged 7 thru 11, but the game room (with pool, foosball, air hockey and PS2) afforded lots of diversion. The villa was close to Disney type action if you're into that, but still tucked into beautiful wooded country that's just far enough to feel like you're getting away from the rat race. It was very close to Kissimee's Old Town which we highly recommend for family fun for all ages. You can be certain we will be renting from rentyourselfavilla.com again!

Hello,

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your beautiful house!!

We bought an inexpensive stroller for our use while we where in Florida and left it at the villa in case other guests would like to use it.

This is just a note to express my thanks and appreciation for facilitating our stay at Long Boat during our vacation. I must congratulate you on the excellent maintenance of the residence. Our stay there was very good, except for not having phone service most of the week due to the hurricane.
