Would recommend this apartment to anyone, we rented 4 weeks in March plenty of heaters for chilly nights easy walk to shops restaurants and beaches. Bed very comfortable everything in the apartment you need, Chris is very helpful although we did not have any problems but if we had I’m sure he would have sorted it out. Looking. forward to our return

A warm, prompt & informative welcome, even though i have enjoyed many visits to Cabo Roig.
The apartment was clean & had every amenity that is needed for a long or short stay and of course the loacation was good too - it well suited a relaxing long weekend break for my friend & i...it is on my short list for any future visit...thank you!

We have just returned from this fabulous holiday. Our only problem was that we didnt stay for long enough. Chris the owner of this apartment was great and couldnt do enough for us. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and spacious. The photos of the balcony with beautiful BBQ dont do it justice , we ate in nearly every night as the BBQ was so amazing. Over all great apartment will definitely return.

Really enjoyed our 10 day stay - apartment was very well located with easy access to both the strip and two lovely beaches. Our apartment was very clean and very well equipped. I would certainly recommend this property to any family. Cabo Roig itself is also a lovely area and eating out is very reasonable.

If you are looking for a great apartment in a quiet location, look no further. The apartment was well decorated, clean, very well equipped, comfortable and in a geat location. The apartment was only a 10 minute walk from some great beaches, shops and restaurants. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the English TV was a real bonus. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was greatly appreciated. We really couldnt fault it at all, there were even toys for the children to use in the pool.
Chris deserves a special mention as his service is fantastic, only a phone call away and he gave us great infromation on the journey to and from the airport. We will DEFINITELY be returning!

"I would definately recommend this property to anyone wishing to rent a property in Cabo Roig. It was spotlessly clean, well furnished and well maintained. The owner was easy to contact & provided good customer service.
It is well located a nice area, close to beaches, and a short walk to bars and restaurants. There are numerous markets and lots to see and do, I enjoyed cycling along the prom, Thursday Quiz Night in the Marina Sol, the Thursday Market in Cabo Roig and the Saturday Market at Playa Flamenca, the short cut at the rear of the property is a bonus, if you wish to walk to the main strip or to La Zenia, or to get the local bus.
The property has a nice pool, beautifully kept gardens, it is in a gated area, the car was secure. The people on the complex were all very nice. The property is a good size, we had a comfortable stay and would definately return.
Great selec tion of books, home from home, although I did not have young children, they appear to cater well for them. The only downside which was irrelevant to me was the flight of stairs at the front, not a safety problem for childen because there is a lockable gate, but anyone with a severe disability may find the steps a bit difficult.
All in all, the property had everything I needed, I thought it was lovely.
Lots of information was given about the property and surrounding area, all correct, The booking was handled really well, easy to book, great communication. Owner was very pleasant and easy to contact."

Just returned from a week at this property, very well equipped, nice and clean, good location near the beach but also lovely pool within the complex, owner/agent very helpful and could be easily contacted if necessary. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The apartment we stayed in was fabulous, just a few steps to the fantastic pool. The apartment offered everything we could have hoped for, even sky TV, plus a fully kitted out kitchen, air con and lovely decor. It really was a home from home and we couldnt have asked for more. It was also extremely conveniently located (a short stroll) to the beach and all the shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic property, perfect for myself and my mum - more than enough room. Very quiet surroundings and relaxing. Pool was great and the beach only a short walk away.

the duplex is well equipped for every ones needs , from all you need for the lovely pool and the great beaches which are very close by , there are plently of restaurants for everybody and pubs.
All in all a great place to stay.

Thank you for a very pleasant week at your apartment in Cabo Roig. It was just right for us, thats my wife & I, my daughter & her boyfriend.
From day one we found the apartment was clean, well equipped and in a
convenient location for the beach & shops. The neighbours were friendly and the locale was very clean and well appointed.
Cobo Roig is a great holiday destination and conveniently located near to the main routes for sightseeing and day trips.
We found plenty of good restaurants and bars and I can thoroughly recommend the breakfasts at Paddys Point in La Zenia nearby.
All the local beaches are very clean and just a short stroll away with a great sea wall walk which is great on a sunny morning of which there are plenty.
I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a quiet & relaxing holiday.

My holidays were great. The apartment was very clean and nice. The city is full of restaurants and pubs so everyone can find something for themselves. Also, there is a beautiful beach I recommend near the apartment in Cabo Roig. If you choose this apartment you will enjoy every day of your holidays. May you have good holidays:)

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at Angius V - a wonderful gated complex situated in a nice quiet road, but only a five minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Cabo Roig.
The apartment offered everything we could possibly want, with an excellent kitchen, aircon and nice trendy decor throughout (plus cable TV - great when you need to take a break from the sun!). The pool was only 20 paces away and was really big (and clean!) - apparently there are another two pools within the complex although we never ventured further than the one nearest our apartment, but maybe that also explains why there was plenty of room and we always managed to secure a prime position under one of the poolside umbrellas!
We also loved the nearby beach (they do a mean Sangria at the seafront bar!)
The owners were brilliant, and made sure we settled in and knew where everything was (thanks so much!) In fact, we had such a great time that weve now changed our honeymoon plans for next year and are re-booking the apartment!

The property was ideal for me and my husband and 2 teenage boys, it was clean and offered all mod cons including sky tv and dvds for the dvd player, chris went out of his way to take us to the local supermarket and was on call if we had any problems, if you are going to rent this property i would definetely recommend hiring a car, we didnt and found the area a little bit cut off especially for our teenagers, taxis were also expensive especially as the pound is so weak against the euro.

We have just enjoyed a very good week in Cabo Roig (5 of us in total) The appartment was very
good, would just have liked more Air Conditioning as the weather was very hot.
Every thing in the appartment was very good and
up to our every needs. Not too far from the strip
enjoying the beach only 15 mins walk away.
Chris Bendell was very good to us, collecting us
from the airport and returning us also.
I would certainly recommend these appartments
to anybody.

This was our third year at the villa,we would not revisit if we did'nt like it.

We had a fantastic stay in Cabo Roig, the apartment is so well equipped with everything you could think of. It's spotless and very comfortable, close to the beach and the bars/restaurants etc. The meet and great service was excellent too, we would throughly recommend.

We found this property to be everything that was advertised. And were pleasantly surprised at the extras of sun beds, beach sun shade & cool box. Also there was a folder with information about the area along with emergency contact details - which was a nice feature (not that we needed it).
It was in a nice area within easy walking distance of the beach, supermarket & restaurants.
Only down side was that it was a little noisy sometimes at night with cars coming & going.
We really enjoyed our holiday & would recommend it to a friend.

We had a fantastic time, the apartment is first class, clean, spacious, well stocked and the location is ideal. You can walk to the beach or supermarket or bar/restaurant areas, all within 5-15 minute walk.
We will definitely be looking to book again for next year.

This is our second stay at the villa, but this year was even better,the villa has been up-dated with new furniture which made our stay more comfortable, we look forward to going back next year (2008)

Does as it says on the tin. Clean and well stocked with sunbeds, chairs, coolbags, ice blocks, iron, ironing board, washing machine, cooker, hob, microwave, etc. Owners happy to help but property could do with a visitors book where people can provide their own impressions of local facilities such as the supermarkets, resteraunts, etc. If you are ther a couple of good places are Shalimar Indian on the strip and Rancho Blanco near the AP7 (you'll need a car) - and yes the dirt track is the right way to go - don't give up after the first mile of travel.

We booked at the last minute and were very pleased with the property which really was a home away from home. It has been recently refurbished and is equipped to a high standard (leather sofas, DVD, satellite incl. several UK channels and ikea kitchenware). The property is located on a moderate sized private complex and security is very good (we left our clothes to dry outside as well as our beachware without any problems). Our two small children really enjoyed the duplex. Chris and Rachel, the owners, live nearby and are extremely helpful and excellent communicators. Despite booking at the last minute, contact by email and also mobile and landline was prompt. If you are looking for a clean well equipped place, 5 minutes from the a beach, this is it. If you are more adventurous, i really recommmend hiring a car from murcia or alicante airport are there is alot to see in and outside the area. I looked forward to seeing them next time.

An ideal base for a get away holiday. Clean and well presented well eqipped. Ideal for 4 people but would not recommend it for larger parties. The pool is wonderful the residents very friendly. The area is beautiful and well located for spectacular sea views on the coastal path. food and wine is cheap plenty to choose from Excellent customer service.from booking to departing for your holiday. If you use the meet and greet service you will find this invaluable the hosts are knowledgeable and informative.keiran our host was excellent and always on hand to answer questions. well worth a visit and a fabulous get away from it all holiday. At first glance the apartment seems a bit dark but because the weather is so good its very welcome. Everything you would want from a self-catering apartment and more.Very central to beaches bars ect. added bonus of two keys which takes you to Caba Riog or the superb beach at La Zenia.The two pools that cater for all the residents are both superb and you are not on top of each other.Finally the meet and greet service if you are not driving yourself is a1++++.A great holiday a classy resort would recommend.

I think, the property is good for a family of 4.
You have to change the seating arrangements in the lounge so that it can fit 4/5 people. Move the dinning table to where the television is and then you will have more space for 4 people to sit comfortably.
The place needs a little bit of re-furbishment. Maybe a good clean would do the trick. All the wardrobes have to be cleaned out and get rid of all old bed linen/towels etc. Just a bit of re-furbishment will be fine. Also, if you have a file out on the dinning table or kitchen explaining how things work or all the different places you could visit etc. that would be very useful. i.e. supermarket, doctors, back gate to the property. Just little things make a big difference as if you are going for the first time like we did, we did not know anything.
I am sorry to be so honest but Chris has been very good to us and so I was just speaking as a friend.
The people who look after the place are very, very good. Kieran and his wife were very helpful. They are excellent.
Hope I have not upset you BUT WE DID HAVE A GOOD TIME. The neigbhours (Philip & Wife) were very good too.

Our holiday was fantastic, everything detailed on the web-site came true. Our Hosts were unbelivable, they offered so much help throughout the holiday and really looked after us. The Villa was ready, clean and well presented, this was a fantastic base for the family holiday.

The location is suberb. Near lovely bech and nice surrondings.
The pool is ok, but you have to bring sundbeds from the apartment.

This is the first villa holiday I have ever taken, before now I've always booked into Hotels.
The villa itself was in a quiet area but within walking distants of shops,bars etc.
I was really impressed with the standard, quality and value of this villa that I will be booking again
next year.
The only thing I think will improve my stay next time, would be some sort of hand book, with local knowlege of the area including Maps, Taxi, Doctor etc telephone numbers.
I did not hire a car, so I opted for the pickup service, I'm really glad I did, someone was waiting at the Airport on arrival, helped me carry my luggage,had a laugh on the way to the Villa, was shown around and things explained.
At the end of our holiday we were picked up at an agreed time, excellent.

a very well fully eqiupped,clean apartment, all mod cons,a nice pool area,within walking distance of restaurants,bars,banks,close to the beach.only problem is crossing the very busy road n332 getting to the other bars,otherwise yes,rent it!excellent correspondence from owner,and a very good pick up service,i would certainly go back there.

The duplex was comfortable for a family of four. It was well equipped for self-catering needs. The location is excellent. We had no car and could easily walk to the beaches (beach bars), shops, restaurants, bars, banks etc. There is a good communal pool on site. Would stay there again and would recommend to other guests.

This was my third stay in the duplex and I would definitely return again. The accomodation is well maintained, clean and comfortable. It is well appointed for the beach and local shops/restaurants which are all within a 15 minute stroll and would suit anyone looking for a quiet week away in the sun.

If you are looking at taking a summer's break in Spain you most definately need to give this apartment a try. Having spent two holidays at this apartment i've found everything up to my expectation both times.
Its located in quiet surroundings,with a shared swimming pool on the complex always clean.
the apartment has air condiition, a nice balcony off the main bedroom if you need to chill out.
The apartment itself is very roomy take up to six comfortably.Fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine.
All the shops you need are just a short walk away.
It has a nice beach just about 7 or 8 minute walk away.
If and when I go back to Sain I shall always use this apartment.
