Just arrived back in england after two weeks in turkey we are a family of 6, I would just like to say the villa is in excellent condition and is well equipped, there are two communal pools one small and one large, three bedrooms all with balconies with excellent views, would just like to say the cooker was working fine plus we didnt struggle with plates and there was six of us. A car would be a big help but if you havent been to turkey before like me its a no no as the turks are crazy drivers, all the roads to the villa were well on there way to completion i walked this everyday with my 5 girls and since the road as been done its alot lighter on the legs, we definately are going back to turkey as its all booked for next year, I would definately reccommend this villa and kusadasi as a holiday for all different types of familys,

We found the property to be excellent. There were four of us and we had plenty of space with at no time the feeling that we were living on top of one another. The pool was only a few feet away and while not big was really good for coolling off. My boys liked the easy access to the pool. The villa has lots of storage space so no need to live out of a suitcase. One other point - you need to have a car. While you could get buses they are a bit of a walk away in the blistering heat. My only criticisms are that I could not get the oven to work (but the hob worked well) and secondly there are not enough dining plates for more than 5 people. Having said all that we really enjoyed our holiday and the villa.

Our family only had 3 nights in this lovely home. I say only because we regret not staying longer. The home was very clean and very accommodating for the 6 of us. There was a view from each terrace. On the back side terraces, there was a view of the sea w/ mountains in the background. On the front side terrace, a view of the pool. I loved being able to stand in the kitchen to cook and be able to see my children swimming in the pool. Everyone we met who was staying there was so kind-hearted, esp. Barbara and Paul. We also appreciated the fact that a washing machine was there. The location in Kusadasi was great for our family. . not right on the beach but close to drive to. I guess if there were a negative to report, we were surprised at the steep, gravel roadway to the villa but it certainly had no bearing on our overall rating. We would highly recommend this home for a family holiday! We loved it! Well be back!

I spent my last holiday (in August/September 2005) in this villa together with my family and two friends. We had a great time there, enjoyed our vacation and especially the pool (in the afternoon...). The villa is very well equiped (there is absolutely what you need) and also very clean. The owner of this villa is a very kind and reliable person. I will definetly recommend this villa to all my friends.
