Casa Noria is a beautiful two-bedroom house set in a sunny peaceful and secluded pine clad hillside with stunning views which include countryside, golf course and sea views to Formentera. Set in colourful mature gardens with mature palm trees. Close to Cala Llonga beach and village 15 mins walk (3 min drive).

Casa Noria has a small illuminated swimming pool. The pool area has sun loungers, canopy and pool side shower.

The garden has many sun and shady terraces, including a roof top terrace with amazing views across the valley to Formentara as well as the surrounding pine hills.

There is an outdoor eating area with seating for 6 & B.B.Q.

The house is set on many levels with 2 Double size Bedrooms,
and the Main Bedroom has its own sun terrace

There are two seperate reception areas. On the first floor aSitting / dining area seating 6 people and CD Radio player, and a separate upper lounge area with Sat TV, DVD & CD player and ceiling fan.

Bathroom.

Fully fitted Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer and microwave.

Utility room with washing machine, iron and board.
