This is a very nice villa with everything there you need to have a nice vacation. The only thing that was very annoying was the very loud music and entertainment every night , the noise coming out of town! It destroys the silence and the beauty of the peacefull neighbourhood... I felt very sorry for this, because the villa does not deserve this! Maybe this wil be the fact only in july and august, I dont know.

Casa Noria is a gem of a villa situated on a quiet elevated street in the idilic bay of cala Longa. The owners have thought of everything you need for inside and around the property. We had lovely days around the pool having barbeques and drinking wine. Also try the Wild Asparagus Restaraunt nearby. Beautiful fresh cooked food. I will definitely recommend this villa!

We were pleasantly surprised that the villa exceeded our expectations in every respect. The pictures did not do justice to the overall feel of the place. Everything was clean and fresh and the pool and gardens well maintained. Even the kitchen was stocked with enough amenities to eliminate the need to dash to the supermarket on arrival. If youre happy with one bathroom and no airconditioning (which was not a problem at all for us in June) this is a charming place to stay which we will definitely look at rebooking on our next visit.

This was nice property for two adults and a child, with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. However had there been four adults having only one bathroom could have been annoying, also for the size of the property it is a shame it did not have a bigger bathroom with a bath. That said it was well maintained, clean and spacious with a good layout and plentiful kitchen equipment. The pool was great although the weather prevented us from using it every day. The local beach resort is a short walk away, but there are much nicer beaches in Ibiza so a car is essential. It was in a quiet residential area and there was no noise from the surrounding villas. However and this is my only real gripe, the noise from a nearby hotel in the evenings was intrusive on occasions.

The first comment Id make is that prospective renters should not be put off by the review dated 10 June 08. If any of the criticisms were justified at the time of that rental, they were certainly corrected by the time that we rented in late June. The weather was fantastic all week, and so satellite TV wasnt really a requirement, although we did watch BBC and Sky news one evening, and I believe that ITV was also obtainable. There were plenty of CDs to listen to, Cafe del Mar, Cafe Mambo etc, great for getting in that mellow mood. The villa is lovely, two fllors, plenty of outside balconies, roof terrace with great views across to Cala Llonga bay, & the wooded hills opposite. Nice pool, loungers/cushions all in perfect condition. We got a nice welcome pack wainting in the fridge for our first breakfast, & some wine. The kitchen is really well equipped. The villa was easy to find, good directions from the airport inc map, the road is really quiet, and we had no trouble with building noise. It takes about 15 mins to walk down to Cala Llonga, which is quiet little resort, except for when Spain got through to Euro 08 final! We did think that an extra bath towel each would have been nice, and our only frustration was that there is only one bathroom/toilet.

The villa is well presented on initial arrival view,But once you unpack and explore your surroundings it is clearly not what was advertised in the web site. The web site tells you that there is sat tv with bbc channels also sport and films. The previous owner provided these,But the present owners have took the cheap option and replaced the dish which picks up absolute rubbish and no english speaking channels. The site tells you that there is dvd and cd players this is true,But they fail to tell you that there are no dvds or cds to use whilst there. The pool and patio furniture leave a lot to be desired,Of the 5 sun loungers provided 2 were broken and crudely stuck together with white electrical tape. The pool itself was dirty on arrival and when the villa manager was asked to replace the broken toaster which she did the following day she assured me that i was not expected to clean the pool and a cleaner was scheduled in the week we are still waiting for him to arrive. There was constant building noise two villas away again no warning on web site.To say i am dissapointed with the overall holiday would be wrong but for the amount of money we payed i expected a proffesional presented villa and a service to match.

Great location and facilities, very well presented. The only quibbles were with the arrival info: no map, just convoluted text instructions. There are cards with a perfectly good map (ideal for showing a taxi driver) inside the villa. It was also unclear whether we first had to collect the key from the PIM Office (by telephoning Beryl at PIM we discovered we did not), so better to just say "keys will be hanging on the hook..." Would also dispute the note that "car hire is essential". The property is in a suburban location with shops, taxis & buses all within 10 minutes walk. We were not informed of the maid's visit either, which could have been quite embarrassing... Regarding the actual property, the beds were short (we are both 6'2) and our feet were hanging over the edge. This is difficult to remedy as the beds are built up from the floor with concrete/tiles. Having 2x single mattresses and 2x coverlets, and no headboard (just impractically positioned framed pictures where you'd normally rest your head) was also uncomfortable. The drains for the bathroom do not appear to have been laid properly (no suction breaks) as they gurgle a lot and are quite noisy. The steps into the pool are a little hazardous due to their curved nosing, and the fact that the last step is still around 1.3m above the bottom of the pool. I am relatively young agile & fit, and nearly came a cropper the first time I went in! Apart from the above, the decor, furnishing, views, garden and numerous sun terraces were outstanding, so on balance, we would be delighted to return, particularly if at least the "master bed" was extended a little.

We stayed at Casa Noria 5th -14th July 06. The house is excellently located an easy 25 mins from the airport and 15 mins to Eivissa. Ideal for us as we wanted to do a bit of partying and a bit of relaxing and it was close enough to be convenient for the clubs and far enough away not to get too tempted! Locally Cala Llonga is a nice family orientated resort and the beach of Sol den Sera is beautiful with a fabulous restaurant. The Santa Eularia area of Ibiza is lovely and for the more adventurous there are loads of little tiny coves and beaches to find along with loads of wonderful restaurants (try and find El Bigotte at Cala Malletta where a guy goes and fishes in the early hours then cooks his catch in a huge fish and potato stew followed by a paella esque rice soup. We had to go and book a couple of days before we wanted to eat there as they don't have a phone and it is very popular now. The house itself is in a great spot with amazing views and is set in a very peaceful pine forest area. It has a lovely living space both inside and out with lots of different terraces to accommodate all your requirements and moods... we watched the sun come up from the top terrace a couple of times. It is very spacious for a two bed house with two big living rooms and a large well equipped kitchen. The pool is lovely and was almost bath warm in the evenings from the days sun. The beds are comfortable and the house on a whole is traditionally decorated with a nice Spanish feel, there are a few slightly dodgy pieces of artwork but hey everyone has their own taste! The owners seem to have thought of everything and there were games and cards, pens and paper etc there was even a box of insect repellent candles which came in very handy! There was a handy little welcome pack with the basics in when we got there which was a godsend as we arrived in the middle of the night. All in all I have no complaints and would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone. We will certainly consider it again. This is the second time we have booked a villa through Intimate Ibiza and once again they have been brilliant, everything went smoothly and the villa was as described, in fact if anything undersold.

A nice place that has everything basic you need. A bit close to other houses so not so private. Its a 15min walk to a few shops, restaurants and the beach. But if you want good nightlife you need to rent a car because is nothing close by. I recomend villarenters and will be using them again for other holidays.
