The villa was a beautiful property, located in Englewood. It more than matched our expectations. We had no problems at all, the location was excellent and was furnished superbly with almost anything you could wish for. We have stayed in Florida 6 times, each time in a Villa at a variety of locations around the Orlando area and this was comfortably the best that we have stayed in. Thoroughly recommended. Would also add that the directions and assistance that were offered prior to our arrival in Florida were top drawer. We couldn't have asked for more clearer instructions. Many Thanks

We were very pleased with the quality of the house and services given.We called Place in the Sun once for the pool and they came within 30 minutes and fixed it.
Very quiet area,makes you feel like home.
I will recommend strongly to all my friends.

The propeerty was excellently presented in a very favourible position overlooking a golf course and not overlooked at all. The area was particularly nice, very safe and secure. Close to safe beaches and shops.Hazel was very helpful and we would not hesitate in booking with A place in the Sun again, or going back to the same villa. We have been to Florida at least 10 times staying in Villas each time and this was one of the best.

Quiet residential area. Felt very secure. All amenities close at hand i.e. supermarkets, Place in the Sun, golf courses and library. Golf particularly good value three of the courses were excellent.

The villa was excellent, it is a brand new well equipped villa not far from the beach. It's very good value for money for a family holiday with the added bonus of free golf. Excellent beach nearby.
