Hi,
it was a great holiday and villa was just perfect. Also support and info from Loes was excellent.
Only one small remark....barbeque is not so big, so if you want to cook for 8 hungry people it will take some time
Overall it was a 10 plus!

My friends and I booked this villa after our original accommodation in Bodrum fell through. The villa owner, Cath, was very accommodating and had the villa cleaned and ready for us at very short notice. This was greatly appreciated after two long days of travelling.
The villa itself is beautiful. It has amazing views and plenty of room to spread out. We made extensive use of the pool area which overlooks the ocean and catches a nice breeze. We also spent many nights in, making good use of the large kitchen and entertaining area.
The villa manager, Loes, was a great help to us as we had never visited the area before. She made us feel very welcome and recommended some great restaurants, markets and other things to do.
The villa is located in Gumusluk which is a very pretty town close to Yalikavak. We enjoyed the peace and quiet Gumusluk had to offer when compared to the more busy area of Bodrum. Nonetheless, we found the bus system very cheap and easy to use on days and nights when we did choose to venture out of Gumusluk.
Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at this villa and would highly recommend the villa and the area to anyone interested in visiting.

I stayed here with my family and friends for a week mid August 2011. We had a fantastic break. The villas views were stunning - absolutely fantastic! The children loved the villa and of course the pool. We had a really great break and will definitely be coming back. Thank you Cath and Terri.

We have just spent 2 weeks at the villa and it was everything we hoped for lovely and spacious, everything you needed and the views really are spectacular. One comment from the menfolk was that it could do with a light for the barbeque as quite difficult to do in the dark. Yes, you do need transport but the dolmus service stops at the bottom of the road and you can go anywhere from there and its a great way to travel. Would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing holiday in a spectacular part of Turkey.

As a family of 4 (2 young children, 9 and 10) the villa was a great find. The view was amazing and the pool was used daily (2 to 3 times exact). Our children loved everything and the little village of Gumsuluk was our most visited location. Turkey was beautiful and the villa provided all the necessities with a superb location. The neighbours are very nice as well. We would definitely recommend to our friends here in Canada. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely villa. We hope to be back...

Excellent conditions, very nice view, the garden full of flowers, mainly bouganvillea which was gourgeous. The only inconvenient was the distance to a proper beach and restaurants.
We travelled by car from Romania so we recommend to hire a car.
The pool and the garden were clean and well looked after.
The kitchen and dinning room are very well equiped.
We enjoyed very much our staying and we strongly recommend villa
Nerium.

Lovely property and pool area but not many facilities within walking distance so would definitely need transport.
A very complete house, with inside as well as outside enough space/seats. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
More than enough for 8 people.
In the neighbourhood on wakling distance is a big supermarket (Migros).
For the beaches and sightseeing, as well as dining out, you need a car.
Yallikavak is about 5-7 km distance and Gümuslük about 3 km.
Recommand visit to Turgutreis a very nice village.
Not many beaches in the neighbourhood.

the property was situated in one of the best parts of the area with stunning sea views from the front of the apartment.
the terraced area was well shaded and large enough to take a family of 8 with a large dining table and comfy chairs, inside was well furnished and the air con was quite a blessing.
getting about was very easy (just as well as we didnt have a car) using the dolmus service which is basically a small bus which will stop virtually anywhere on its route and is quite cheap.
we would definately recomend anyone to visit it who wanted a relaxing holiday without the boozy brits (although you could get that from a dolmus trip into bodrum).

The villa was be beautiful, spacious, very comfortable. the pool was a huge hit and the view was gorgeous. Our property manager and caretaker were exceptionally helpful.
Taking the bus to one of the nearby villages for dinner worked well, but to get home we had to take taxis. Next time we will rent vehicles. Then we can explore other neighboring villages.

My only 2 qualms were that the pool area wasn't private but we were so lucky with our neighbours in both of the weeks that that didn't matter as much as we thought it would.2'nd point-there was no information at all of local restaurants, maps of the area, where to go etc. However these are very minor criticisms-the villa was beautiful, the local people who maintained it were absolutely charming and the views exquisite.Stay there!!!
Owner reply:
We have now installed screening at the pool area which has made it more private without spoiling the spectacular views.
