This villa proved excellent for a family holiday. Not in a very commercial area and only short walk to Playa Blanca

Stayed in this lovely villa for 2 weeks until 26/08/10, it was clean and tidy when we arrived and its set in a lovely location with great views. Its a bit off the beaten track to what we are used to but local taxis and an excellent bus service make it very easy to get into town and back. Its basically a home from home villa and the pool is a great bonus! Shopping centre is basic but adequate and there is also a playground over the road which is floodlit at night.Plenty of space for 4 people and the beds are comfortable, the shutters are an excellent idea for security at night and while you are out, cant really find fault with this villa and thanks for letting us stay for our holiday!!!

Myself and my family had a wonderful time at this villa.
Villa Casa Maria was very clean and spacious and without doubt value for money
Helen (Owner) Roy & Jean were very helpful on and before arrival.
I will be recommending this property to my friends and family.

Lovely quiet location with views to the mountains and close to the famous Papagayo beaches, Marina Rubicon and all other amenities. Myself and my family had a lovely time and would like to thank Yvonne and Roy for their welcome pack, advice and keeping the pool lovely and clean during our stay. The Villa had everything we needed and even had toys/games and some DVDs for the children.
The only thing that I would suggest needed updating in the villa would be the sofa and arm chairs, I think it would benefit from having faux leather sofa/arm chairs as these are easier to keep clean especially when you have children staying at the villa.

Had a great holiday.Villa is home from home,pool is lovely and heated.Villa is located in a lovely area, nice walk to new marina and Playa Blanca,(take a torch at night for your walks as Lanzorate has lots of powercuts). Can't wait to go back next year...

The villa is in a very quiet location and very handy for the Papagayo beaches. It's about a 40-50 minute stroll along the promenade to Playa Blanca, but if you don't want to walk taxi's are always coming and going from the Papagayo Arena Hotel. It's only about 3 euros into Playa Blanca. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a nice peaceful break.
