This property is located seven meters from the seashore / beach facing south west onto the islands. You can sit on the terrace watching the sunset, eating delicious food or simply sipping drinks and watch the day unfold, the world go by. Or swim , sunbathe and fish if you wish. Nearby para gliding can also be enjoyed. If you need something more exciting hi-storic Zadar is only 15 mins drive / bus away where you can shop, visit museums, go to concerts, cinema and of course more restaurants, bars and night clubs. From Zadar you can also take excursions to the islands and National Parks or hire a car, bicycle or scooter.

Nearby Shops and Restaurants
The corner shop of the adjacent old village has everything one needs grocery wise. Often fishermen sell fresh fish in the morning by the same shop. It is only a five minute walk along the sea shore from the apartment. There are several restaurants along the shore all within walking distance, 5 mins, 10mins, 15mins. There is a tennis court nearby and a basketball court. Boats And jet skies can also be rented nearby but you will need a boat licence to rent a motor boat or Yacht.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Great location. Amazing view and able to just go for a swim in the ocean whenever you wanted! Short taxi ride into Zadar. Very friendly people. Villa is perfect for 4 people.

Very relaxing holiday. Great views from balcony lovely apartment. a selec tion of restaurants within walking distance. Brillant bus service into Zadar which run on time. Jefferson the owner very helpful. We would certainly recommend these apartments to anyone. Thanks Jefferson.

It was a beautiful and immaculate villa in a stunning location. Photos don't do it justice.
