The Property

This property is in a great location, close to all amenities but set within a lovely typically Andalucian style complex of whitewashed houses and beautiful gardens. (please note there are a number of steps leading up to the apartment so it is not suitable for the elderly or infirm)..

It is lovely and spacious throughout with plenty of room for a couple or a small family as there is sofa bed in the front room to allow you that extra sleeping capacity.

From the patio, you have amazing views of the sea and over La Cala village. The patio is a great sun trap and also has the added bonus of an awning which comes out over the balcony to give you plenty of shade should you need it.

We feel the property is equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay and is a true delight to stay in.

The complex
The property is set within a small cluster of houses and is a quiet complex made up of mainly residents and there are no rowdy pubs or clubs to hamper the enjoyment of your stay.

There is a lovely pool area with separate childrens pool and lots of places to sunbathe around the pool in the gardens.

If you are hiring a car, there is private parking.

The area
You can simply while away the days sunbathing on your balcony or around the pool or if you wish to get out about there are lots of things to do and see here.

You are only 5 mins walk to the beautiful sandy beach and you can walk on here into the lovely spanish village of La Cala where there are host of good places to eat and drink.

Again only 5 mins walk from the property you will reach your nearest bars, restaurants and supermarket.

The property is ideally situated in between the larger towns of Fuengirola and Marbella both of which are easily accessible by bus or taxi. If you would like to venture a little further afield the following towns are all within 30 mins drive, Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Puerto Banus and Estepona.

There are lots of activities in the area such as horseriding, tennis, quad-biking, go-karting, scuba diving, windsurfing and theres also the zoo, safari park and theme park to keep the kids happy.
