Palm Trees is our beautiful South facing Disney/Orlando rental villa on The Manor, in the South Orlando area. The Manor is an exclusive gated community of 57 high class executive villas, with large private pools and Spa, in our case overlooking an Orange Grove. The Manor is one of the newest fully completed Florida Orlando vacation rental developments in the Orlando Disney holiday area, and offers exceptional luxury accommodation of the highest standard.

Convenience
All Disney, and other parks around the Orlando Disney area, are within 15 to 20 minutes drive. The Atlantic and Gulf Coasts are within 50 to 90 minutes. Kissimmee, with all its bustling night life, children's attractions, restaraunts and bars, is within 10 minutes drive. Champions Gate is 5 minutes away, and offers shopping, banks and a variety of restaurants, as well as 2 major Golf Courses. Main shopping malls, such as Florida Mall, and many other designer outlets, are all within 20 to 30 minutes drive.

Our Villa
We chose our Orlando Disney holiday rental villa because of its high quality build, above average accommodation, & because it is South facing.

There are 2 Master Bedrooms, as very often 2 families share, so both can have a Master Bedroom, each with en-suite bathroom & seperate w/c. There are 2 twin bedded rooms, & cots are available if required. There’s a 3rd bathroom/toilet for these two rooms, which also serves as a pool room.

There’s a spacious lounge, which is open plan with a superbly equipped kitchen, & breakfast nook. Cable TV, DVD & a Playstation, are all included, as well as Internet access. If there are 10 in your Orlando vacation party, one of the sofas opens out into a comfortable Queen size bed.

The fridge/freezer has an ice maker & there’s a short cycle washing machine & tumble dryer There’s plenty of bed linen & towels, in fact we can’t think of anything we haven’t provided to make your Orlando Disney vacation memorable.

The 6 seater dining room opens off the lounge. We can provide high chairs on request at no extra charge.

Outside there’s a partially shaded patio area, & a larger than average, very private, pool and spa overlooking an Orange Grove. We've provided a removable security fence to prevent access to the pool when an adult is not on hand to supervise. A Florida vacation is not complete without alfresco dining & bbq, & underwater lighting & the sound of the water tumbling between the spa & the pool provide the perfect ambience. Of course, being South facing, the pool & Spa get the sun all day long. Our Disney rental villa's pool and spa can be heated (up to 90 degrees if needed) Both Master Bedrooms have sliding patio doors that open directly onto the pool deck, as does the lounge. No excuse then for not rolling out of bed, straight into the pool on those balmy Orlando Florida mornings.

There's a telephone for free local and long distance calls to the USA , Canada & UK landlines. There is also free wireless broadband.

A pool table & air hockey table are provided in the garage.

Our Disney rental villa is fully air conditioned, but ceiling fans in every room, & on the covered patio, add to the Florida ambience.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
