This place is everything you would expect and much more. Its in a beautiful location with lots to see and do in the area and sunshine every day...a perfect holiday.

Fantastic property, really spacious being over 3 floors, ideal accomodation for larger families. Very clean, light rooms with air con throughout, and a lovely large swimming pool right outside the door. Ideal location, supermarket & dinner very close by and walking distance of the harbour. This villa was everything we required and more, I would definatly recommend it.

We had a wonderful holiday. Great for couples and families wanting a quiet and peaceful location, yet close enough to Bar Street where all the bars and restaurants are located. Villa was very clean with plenty of utensils and well equipped kitchen area. We loved sunbathing on the roof terrace, but the best bit was the pool. It was only a few steps away from the patio, which was absolutely brilliant!

Thank you very much for renting us your superb accommodation and for providing all the information and facilities you need when on holiday, it made our stay very enjoyable. The property managers were very helpful and friendly when asked questions and it was very useful to have the baby cot and high chair.

We had a lovely stay at the villa and it was perfect in every way. The bus service from outside the complex was very good and Pambis Restaurant was excellent value and very friendly. Thanks for all the extra information and maps provided.

Excellent property with all mod cons, everything you could ask for and plenty of room for all of us. Located in a quiet area, with a communal pool (although often we were the only ones there) within steps of the patio and a perfect retreat after spending the day sight seeing or on the beach.
The owner of the villa was extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

This villa was in the best position on the complex being only a couple of metres away from the lovely pool. It was very well equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing holiday and we were impressed with the standard of this villa – it was like a home from home in every sense. The surroundings were very quiet, yet within a short walk of shops and restaurants. You will not be disappointed in booking this property.

Outstanding villa. Exceptionally clean and in a wonderful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate booking this villa again. We particularly enjoyed the sun loungers on the roof terrace. The owner was extremely helpful with information prior to our stay.

Everything was great at the villa and we had a brilliant holiday. I dont think there was a single thing we could find fault with and I will definitely recommend it if any friends or colleagues are looking for a place to rent in Cyprus.

Lovely clean and very comfortable villa with absolutely everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Superb swimming pool right outside. Easy walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife.

The villa itself has all the facilities you need for a great holiday. Close enough to excellent town centre with a great choice of restaurants and if you dont fancy the walk back taxis are cheap enouh.

A well equipped and clean villa. Three lovely terraces to sit on to follow the sun!! The pool was clean an well maintained. Nice outlook from the rear of the property. Very friendly and helpful property managers. Needed a car to fully enjoy our holiday and get around paphos. A great family holiday home. Thanks!!

We had an excellent holiday at Paradise Villa, it certailny lived up to it's name!
The Villa is extremely well equiped, clean, spacious and modern.
The position of the warm swimming pool in relation to the Villa could not have been better.

The first time we've taken our 3 young children abroad, it was amazing! Close to all amenities, a home from home with a cupboard full of games and dvds to entertain the kids when you didnt want to go out. The pool was divine a real god send in the mid day heat - even in October!
The villa was beautiful - well laid out - we are definately going back next year!

The villa was in a perfect location overlooking the pool with countryside beyond. The surroundings were tranquil and peaceful, but within easy walking distance to the seafront and harbour. There was a snack bar and small convenience shop next to the complex, which was very handy. The pool was superb; it was like having our own private pool, as it was just a few steps from the patio. We didn't need to lock the villa when we went for a swim, and when we fancied a cup of tea we just popped inside. We loved the roof terrace with the sunbeds and the wrought iron beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking equipment and utensils that we needed. We had a wonderful holiday and Paradise Villa far exceeded our expectations.
