Excellent Villa, well equipped and has the most amazing pool area.
Far enough out of Skalla to be quiet but close enough to work into the main town or to the great restaurant just down the road.

I booked all four of the villas during October 2011 for my sons wedding. The villas were all beautifuly furnished, excellent position, and the staff all very pleasant and helpful. The wedding which was held on the beach here, and reception in the villa grounds, were perfect.
We got the impression from the villa adverts that the villas were child friendly. This was our only problem. Our party included 7 children aged 5 and under. There was only baby gates in villa four, and we had to be very inventive with drying racks/suit cases etc at the top and bottom of all staircases, and also on the sliding patio doors to the garden. There was no area outside on any of the villas that did not have direct access to a swimming pool (our children were not allowed outside at all without there "swim aids" on - "just in case") -there were low garden walls with dro ps at the other side, and all stairs/steps inside and out were in stone or marble. When in rained the steps outside the rear of all the villas became very slippery. I would highly recommend these villas for a holiday with older children who were confident swimmers, or adults only . We would still have booked them for our wedding, knowing what we do now, as everything else was just perfect, but for a "normal" family holiday with very young children - I personally would save it for a year or two until you could relax!

What can we say... Villa Brio was the most perfect setting for us and our 22 guests for our Wedding in Kefalonia. The outside space surrounding the villas was absolutely breathtaking, and the decor of all villas was spotless and modern. The location was gorgeous - we had many cliff-jumping competitions and the sea was so clear, perfect for us to indulge in some snorkelling. The town of Skala, a supermarket, patisserie and a few different tavernas were all within walking distance, making the Villas a perfect location for us. We all want to go back to Villa Brio again!

We used Villas 3 & 4 to house our family of 13 for our Wedding on Kefalonia. The villas are supurb and truly breath taking. They created a truly magical setting for our special week. We found that there was ample room for the whole family to live comfortably and by having villa 4 we had the privacy of the beachfront villa which is Amazing and was absolutly ideal for us as the newley weds. The villas provide you with all the facilities youll need and is always kept clean and tidy with maid service daily if you wish. If you are looking to get married in Kefalonia with a small family then theses villas are perfect. If you want a relaxing holiday away in puer bliss then these villas are for you. Il posto è bellissimo,laccesso al mare praticamente privato e il mare è uno spettacolo,il personale cortese,la piscina bellissima.Che dire? Quando siamo partiti avevamo pochissima voglia di farlo.Certo la spesa è alta ma la vacanza è stata indimenticabile!

Beautiful outlook and views. Convenient for Skala without being too close to all bars and noise. Villa 4 has fabulous outside space and pool area. Masses of room for 6 adults and a child. Some issues with arrival process and lack of phone signal to follow arrival instructions. The hotel over the road was great and helped us making phone calls and emails and also provided a meal for us even though the kitchens were closed! The non English speaking maid service did make it difficult to communicate over some issues with extra childs bed requirements. However owner responded promptly to our email requests for anything and all was resolved. The main house is showing some signs of wear at end of the season - mainly the furniture in the living room could do with a deep clean. The separate apartment was great and very quiet. The only down side for us was that the beds were a bit harder than we would have liked, but thats probably personal preference. Overall we loved it and would go back!
